Lighters Galore Device Selling (Phase 1) Terms & Conditions

I. GENERAL

1. The Lighters Galore Device Selling (Phase 1) Promo (“Promo”) with details provided in Sections II and III below is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Promo) and above residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

2. The Promo can be availed only in select Lighters Galore branches in the National Capital Region, particularly listed in Section IV below (“Store List”). The mentioned retail partners are considered official distributors of the IQOS Originals One Device.

3. The Promo period of the Promo is from March 24, 2023 until supplies last.

4. Notwithstanding the Promo period, the Customer agrees that PMFTC has the sole and exclusive right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate the Promo and/or its rules/mechanics/terms/conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, upon notice to the Customer.

5. PMFTC reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the promo shall be automatically disqualified.

6. PMFTC reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Promo shall be announced accordingly.

7. By participating in the Promo, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

II. MECHANICS

1. Customer who purchases his or her IQOS Originals One device from any store in the Store List and registers said device in IQOS.com shall be eligible to participate in the Promo.

a) For Customer who purchases his or her first IQOS Originals One and successfully registers his or her device in IQOS.com shall receive Php 250 price off from SRP 1690 and 3 free packs of HEETS (Amber, Violet and Blue).

b) For Customer who purchases his or her secondary or succeeding device (IQOS Originals One) and successfully registers his or her device in IQOS.com shall receive only Php 250 price off from SRP 1690.

2. The 3 free packs of HEETS (Amber, Violet and Blue) can only be availed once during the first-time registration of his or her IQOS Originals One device.

3. To facilitate the purchase in Lighters Galore, Customer must present any of the following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.

4. Only Customers who have opted-in to receiving marketing communications will be able to receive the IQOS-related promo communications.

III. OTHERS

1. All decisions of PMFTC and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers in the Promo agree and confirm the following:

• that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Promo;
• that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
• that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Promo;
• that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Promo from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all losses, damages, and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such losses, damages, and/or injuries are caused.

4. PMFTC will not be liable to the Customer for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Promo.
