Your 14-day trial experience starts on the day you receive your IQOS trial kit.
Yes, you can extend your trial period. There is no additional cost to extend the duration of the trial. Extension period is limited to another 14 days. Please contact your IQOS Coach to arrange the extension of your TRIAL period. 
For any loss and damage, kindly contact your assigned IQOS Coach. You may also contact IQOS Customer Care at Facebook/@ph.iqos, contact.ph@iqos.com or #983838 for troubleshooting and/or replacement.
Your IQOS Coach can assist you. You may contact him or her so you to arrange the return of the IQOS 3 DUO trial kit.
There is no refund on the unused HEETS purchased.
