Badges are earned by completing specific IQOS-related actions, such as purchases, referrals, or profile activities. All badges in the new IQOS CLUB are only valid for 1 year (until December 31 of the year).
Once a badge is unlocked, the badge color will change to turquoise. You will also receive an email from IQOS Philippines to confirm that you’ve unlocked a badge.
All rewards can only be seen in the IQOS CLUB page in IQOS.COM. Please either go to the reward you’ve earned or check the rewards page.
If your reward is an IQOS Voucher, you can redeem it in any IQOS Store nationwide or in IQOS.COM (except for the reward of Welcome Badge which can only be redeemed in IQOS Store).
If your reward is a Pluxee Voucher, you can redeem it in partner merchants of Pluxee.
Rewards are linked to specific badges. The reward received depends on the badge unlocked.
