IQOS TRIAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The IQOS TRIAL OFFER with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines, and who would otherwise continue to use tobacco or use nicotine containing products (“Customer”) to borrow an IQOS Trial Kit for an extended trial period.

ANNEX A: MECHANICS

I. IQOS TRIAL OFFER

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail

a. are 18 years old and above;

b. who smoke or who would otherwise continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products; and

c. customers who have not purchased IQOS ILUMA or does not have a linked IQOS ILUMA device in their IQOS.com account.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail

a. The Offer period is from November 21, 2025 to February 28, 2026. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

b. The Offer can only be availed in the following points-of-sale:

i. IQOS Stores

ii. IQOS partner establishments

iii. IQOS activations in adult recreational locations (bars, casinos, etc.)

3. Specific Mechanics of the Offer

a. Customers must log in to their IQOS.com account to check if they are eligible for the Offer. IQOS Store Sales Experts, IQOS Coaches and IQOS Field Sales Experts can also check the Customer’s profile to see if the Customer is eligible for the Offer.

b. Customers who avail of the IQOS Trial Offer can avail of an IQOS Trial Kit for a specific period to try IQOS at their own convenience. Customers are required to purchase TEREA packs to borrow the IQOS Trial Kit, the details of which are shown below:

c. The Offer can only be availed of once per Customer

d. Customer is expected to handle, use, and safekeep the IQOS Trial Kit until the end of the trial period. If the IQOS ILUMA device is damaged or broken during the trial period, Customer must return the IQOS ILUMA device to the point-of-sale where it was availed.

e. Customer can return the IQOS Trial Kit any time within their respective trial period. Guidelines for the return are detailed below:

f. Customer must return the same IQOS Trial Kit in good condition. This includes the IQOS ILUMA device, the charging cable, and the trial kit pouch. There is no need to return the trial kit brochure.

g. PMFTC and/or its authorized representative will verify the identity and age of each Customer. Customers who fail to pass the verification procedure (e.g. age non-eligibility) shall be informed that they are not eligible to avail of the Offer.

II. IQOS TRIAL REWARD

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail

a. The Offer is given to Customers who have not purchased IQOS ILUMA or does not have a linked IQOS ILUMA device in their IQOS.com account who availed of the IQOS Trial Offer in IQOS Stores.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail

a. The Offer period is from November 21, 2025 to February 28, 2026. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

b. The Offer can only be availed in any of our IQOS Stores.

c. The Offer can only be availed once per Customer.

3. Specific Mechanics of the Offer

a. Customers who availed of the IQOS Trial Offer in IQOS Stores are offered an exclusive reward. The Customer is eligible for a one-time free IQOS pouch gift with their first IQOS ILUMA i device.

b. The Offer is only applicable to IQOS ILUMA i and IQOS ILUMA i One devices only.

c. The Offer is redeemable only in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. The Customer must return their complete IQOS Trial Kit, exclusive of trial kit brochure, to the same IQOS store where the IQOS Trial Kit was availed of to avail of the offer at any point within their trial period.

d. Customers must log in to their IQOS.com account to check if they are eligible for the Offer. IQOS Store Sales Experts, IQOS Coaches and IQOS Field Sales Experts can also check the Customer’s profile to see if the Customer is eligible for the Offer.

ANNEX B

IQOS Stores

IQOS Store Locations

General Term & Conditions

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

6. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.Important information: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. 1. IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.

2. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

3. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:

that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
