International Assistance Terms & Conditions: Services, availability of IQOS equipment and components, response and delivery times may vary from country to country. The service will not affect your legal rights and the warranty of your IQOS in the country of purchase. If a part of your device is exchanged, any new part becomes your property and the replaced part becomes the property of the entity making the change. Problems with IQOS devices are defined in the terms of material or workmanship, when used as set out in the IQOS user guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Same Day Delivery (See deliverable areas)

Order from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm to receive your order within the day. Same day delivery is limited within select deliverable areas. Orders placed beyond 3:00 pm will be delivered in the following day.

Standard delivery (All Other Areas)

Orders outside of these select same day delivery areas will be delivered within 1-12 business days depending on the location.

You will be able to independently monitor the delivery status via the link you will receive with the shipment confirmation email, SMS, or in your My Account. You will also be able to verify the delivery attempts already made and any problems the courier may have in identifying your address.

You only need 90 minutes to charge IQOS ILUMA ONE with the IQOS AC power adaptor. It takes approximately 135 minutes under ambient conditions to fully charge the original IQOS ILUMA Pocket Charger from an electrical outlet when using the power adaptor.
