Place IQOS orders with flexible ways to pay and the ability to manage and track orders at your fingertips.
1. Register or Login to your IQOS account
We recommend to register or login first before you begin shopping for a smoother experience.
2. Add your chosen product to cart
After choosing the product, select the quantity* you want and then click “Add to cart”.
A message will appear to let you know that the product you selected has been added to your cart.
3. Proceed to Checkout
By selecting "Cart", you can proceed with reviewing your Shopping Cart. You can also click on the Shopping Bag icon if the message has disappeared. On the other hand, you will proceed to Checkout by selecting "Go to checkout".
If you mistakenly entered a product into your cart, select "Remove" under the single product. If you have incorrectly entered the quantities, use the plus or minus icons below the product to modify them, this way your cart will be updated automatically.
4. Complete the one-time Online Age Verification (for new customers)
Online age verification is a digital process to verify a customer’s age prior to purchasing any smoke-free products on IQOS.com. You can choose to either verify by uploading a valid Government-issued ID or verify by facial recognition.
You only need to undergo online age verification once, provided you have completed it successfully and did not change your account details (i.e. first/last name, date of birth) later on. Online age verification happens when you have just registered a new account and you are placing your 1st purchase/order online.
5. Final steps to place your order
Enter your valid shipping and billing address. You may refer to the list of deliverable areas.
Finally, choose your preferred payment method: Credit / Debit Card; GCash e-wallet payment; or Cash on Delivery before placing your order. After successful payment, you will be directed to the final page with a summary of your order, which is also reflected in your Account.
Afterwards, you will receive an email summary of the order and confirmation of payment. If not received, try checking in the Spam folder.
If you have an IQOS voucher or promo code, you can enter it on the Cart or Checkout page in the section "Promo code” and click “Submit code”.
When shopping online, enter an IQOS voucher / promo code to apply your discount instantly. Keep in mind, these codes or promotions may have an expiration date and can’t usually be combined with other offers. Please refer to applicable promo Terms & Conditions to learn more.
Once you place an order, we’ll email confirmation with all the details you need to track delivery and stay in the loop. You can also log in to your IQOS profile at any time to manage an order.

- Cancel an order within 10-15 minutes and get refunded (subject to normal refund process)

Please note: At the time of delivery, you will need to show your Government-issued ID to verify your identity to ensure that we are delivering our products to a legal-aged user or authorized representative.
