Terms & Conditions

I. GENERAL

1. The IQOS ORIGINALS ONE Discount offer with details provided in Sections II and III below (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines (“Customer”) who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products.

2. The Offer can be availed thru selected IQOS Field Sales Coach managed by ActivAsia Inc. (or "AAI"). This Offer is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. The Offer can be availed at identified retailers who have been selected by PMFTC to be the “participating retailers” and are officially selling HEETS and/or has an Activation booth found at the retailer’s store location. These retailers are customers of the PMFTC Direct Selling & Distribution Team.

3. The Offer period of the IQOS ORIGINALS ONE Discount Offer is from March 8, 2023 – March 31, 2023. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

5. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

6. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

7. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

9. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

II. MECHANICS

1. Every legal adult consumer is eligible to participate in the IQOS ORIGINALS ONE Discount promo.

2. The Offer is a one-time Php 700 discount for Customers who are interested to purchase an IQOS ORIGINALS ONE. Eligible Customers can avail of the IQOS ORIGINALS ONE for only Php 990 after the discount has been applied.

3. The discount can only be used once for a purchase of an IQOS Original ONE device. The discount off is non-transferrable. It cannot be exchange for cash. The discount off cannot be transferred for payment of any IQOS device, BONDS by IQOS device, HEETS / BLENDS pack/ream or any IQOS/BONDS by IQOS accessories.

4. Customers cannot request for any additional discounts. The discount offer cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions or vouchers.

5. Customers can avail of the IQOS ORIGINALS ONE Discount in selected participating points-of-sale or IQOS Field Sales Coach.

6. Redeeming the Discount Offer: IQOS Field Sales Coach will input the discount promo code during the sale transaction.

7. The Customer is subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs are accepted as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

8. For payment thru PMFTC’s payment solutions thru AAI, terms & conditions apply.

9. During the promo period, sales transactions using the discount promo code that led to failed transactions due to system limitations or technical issues not due to the fault of the Customer (e.g. order cancellation, failed payment, failed delivery, etc), in behalf of the Customer, the IQOS Field Sales Coach may request for a one-time replacement code from IQOS Customer Care, subject to the following:

• Review of the failed transaction (e.g. accidental order cancellation, unavailability of the Customer during delivery, etc)
• Customer’s eligibility and compliance with the requirements under these Terms and Conditions.

If still eligible, IQOS Customer Care will provide a replacement code to the IQOS Field Sales Coach to proceed with the transaction. It is the responsibility of the Customer to update his/her personal details in their IQOS.com account to ensure timely receipt of the replacement code. PMFTC shall not be liable for any failure of a Customer to redeem or use the code and will not refund the code due to non-receipt by the Customer of the replacement code, if sent to his/her registered email address.

III. OTHERS

1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:

• that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
• that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
• that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
• that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
