Terms and Conditions for the IQOS.com Checkout Promotion 2023
I. STANDARD OFFER MECHANICS
1. The IQOS.com Checkout Promotion is available only for persons who are legal age smokers who are (a) at least 18 years old who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, and (b) residing in the National Capital Region and selected municipalities, Philippines (“User”).
2. This promotion is targeted only to the following users based on the amount on their cart, who do not proceed with their purchase and abandon their cart. These users will receive a pop-up message depending on their segment:

3. User will automatically get a P200 off when they use the promo code upon completion of checkout based on their cart amount. Code is only applicable to a transaction worth at least P1,400.
4. Once a user has used the code, they will not be able to use it again.
5. The IQOS.com Checkout Promotion is subject to the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE IQOS OFFICIAL STORE in IQOS.com.
6. The collectible voucher is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
7. The promo cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions, or vouchers. Users who have already participated in “Check Out Now Offer” will no longer be able to use the promo code for this promotion and vice versa.
8. The duration of the IQOS.com Checkout Promotion is from February 23 – March 26, May1 – December 31, 2023 only. During the IQOS.com Checkout Promotion Boost (March 27 – April 30, 2023), Users will not be able to use the promo code of the Standard Offer. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to extend or revise the duration of the promotion if circumstances so warrant.
II. IQOS.com CHECKOUT PROMOTION BOOST MECHANICS
1. The IQOS.com Checkout Promotion Boost is available only for persons who are legal age smokers who are (a) at least 18 years old who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, and (b) residing in the National Capital Region and selected municipalities, Philippines (“User”). The IQOS.com Checkout Promotion Boost is a sub-set or part of the ‘IQOS.com Checkout Promotion’ Standard Offer with defined mechanics and terms and conditions.
2. This IQOS.com Checkout Promotion Boost is targeted only to the following users based on the amount on their cart, who do not proceed with their purchase and abandon their cart. From March 27 to April 30, 2023, the users will receive a pop-up message and the Standard Offer will be changed to:

After the boost period, the offer will be reverted to the Standard Offer.
3. User will automatically get a 15% discount when they use the promo code upon completion of checkout based on their cart amount. Code is only applicable to a transaction worth at least P990.
4. Once a user has used the code, they will not be able to use it again. The collectible voucher is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
5. The IQOS.com Checkout Promotion Boost is subject to the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE IQOS OFFICIAL STORE in IQOS.com.
6. The boost cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions, or vouchers. Users who have already participated in “Check Out Now Offer” will no longer be able to use the promo code for this promotion and vice versa.
7. The duration of the IQOS.com Checkout Promotion Boost is from March 27 – April 30, 2023 only. During this period, users will not be able to use the promo code from the Standard Offer. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to extend or revise the duration of the promotion if circumstances so warrant.
III. OTHERS
1. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC/AAI’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the IQOS.com Checkout Promotion and IQOS.com Checkout Promotion Boost will be announced accordingly.
2. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of these mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
3. Users of IQOS.com Checkout Promotion and IQOS.com Checkout Promotion Boost agree and confirm the following;
- that you are a legal-age smoker, 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the IQOS.com Checkout Promotion and the IQOS.com Checkout Promotion Boost;
- that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
- that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the IQOS.com Checkout Promotion and the IQOS.com Checkout Promotion Boost;
- that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer/Program from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
4. PMFTC will not be liable to the User for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Program and/or Promotion.
