MECHANICS: DIRECT RETAIL VALENTINE’S DAY OFFER
I. GENERAL
1. The Direct Retail Valentine’s Day Offer (“Offer”) is open to the following “Customers” who are:
I. Adult smokers at least 18 years old (as of February 14, 2023) and above residing in the Philippines;
ii. Legal Age Users with active IQOS account and a current member of IQOS Club; and
iii. Single receipt purchase of any IQOS product from Direct retail stores nationwide.
2. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC"). The online store of IQOS.com is operated by Active Asia Inc. (or "AAI"), and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS.com. This Offer is being carried out by PMFTC in cooperation with AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC.
3. The Offer period is from February 14, 2023 until supplies last. The Offer is only redeemable in IQOS Direct Retail Stores nationwide (except Eton, NAIA T2, NAIA T3, Cebu Mactan T2, and Boracay DVA). One redemption per IQOS.com user per day only. Total redemptions are based on the availability of gift boxes per store. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.
4. The gift box will be subject to IQOS Direct Retail Store’s stock availability. The Customer is entitled to be given only one (1) gift box per day for single receipt purchase of any IQOS product.
5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.
6. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts will only be entitled to redeem using one account only. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.
7. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend, or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious fraudulent, or illegal activity.
8. Should a scenario occur wherein an individual has multiple IQOS accounts, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to allow only one redemption for one account per day of the Offer.
9. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

II. MECHANICS
1. The Direct Retail Valentine’s Day offer is a limited time offer that gives Customers a free gift box (“Gift”) witha single receipt purchase of any IQOS product.
2. The Offer can be availed by Customers from any Official IQOS Store nationwde (except Eton, NAIA T2, NAIA T3, Cebu Mactan T2, and Boracay DVA) and with the following eligibility requirements:
i. Adult smokers at least 18 years old (as of February 14, 2023) and above residing in the Philippines;
ii. Legal Age Users with active IQOS account and a current member of IQOS Club; and
iii. Single receipt purchase of any IQOS product from Direct retail stores nationwide.
3. Registered members of IQOS.com refers to accounts that have passed the IQOS.com’s soft-age verification and have agreed that the data they provide will be used in accordance with IQOS privacy notice.
4. Should the customer meet the eligibility requirements, the Store Expert will offer the free gift. In case of suspicious, illegal, or fraudulent activities with respect to the redemption of the offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.
5. The Offer can be combined with other special offers, promotions, or vouchers.
6. The gift box will be subject to IQOS Direct Retail Store’s stock availability. The Customer will be given only one (1) gift box per day for a single receipt purchase of any IQOS product.
7. Upon redemption of the giftbox, the qualified Customer will be given an acknowledgement receipt.
8. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before making a purchase or as a purchase is delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs may be presented as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.
III. OTHERS
1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and their respective agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
2. Customers in the Offer agree and/or confirm the following:
i. that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of February 14, 2023;
ii. that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
iii. that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
iv. that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, their respective affiliates, and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
