Terms and Conditions for the Check Out Now Offer on February 15 – March 08, 2023 (Check Out Now Offer)
1. The Check Out Now Offer (Offer) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines (Customer) who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products. To qualify and be eligible for the Offer, the Customer should have opted in the PMI marketing communication, logged in IQOS.com and had left an item in their cart in the past 30 days, and received an SMS. Customers who are eligible for this Offer will receive an SMS that contains a discount voucher code (Voucher).
2. Qualified Customers will automatically get a PHP 200 discount when they use the corresponding Voucher upon completion of checkout of their HEETS purchase at IQOS.com. The Voucher can only be used at IQOS.com and cannot be used at any IQOS Stores or Coaches.
3. The Voucher can only be used once.
4. The Offer is subject to the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE IQOS OFFICIAL STORE in IQOS.com.
5. The Voucher is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
6. The Offer cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions, or vouchers.
7. The duration of the Offer is from February 15 – March 8, 2023 only. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to extend or revise the duration of the Offer if circumstances so warrant.
8. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC/AAI’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.
9. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of these mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
10. Customers of the Offer agree and confirm the following;
that you are a legal-age smoker, 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
• That you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
• That you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Check Out Now Offer;
• That you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer/Program from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
11. PMFTC will not be liable to the Customer for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Program and/or Offer.
