MECHANICS: DIRECT RETAIL IQOS 3 MULTI ACCESSORY OFFER
I. GENERAL
1. The Direct Retail IQOS 3 Multi Accessory Offer (“Offer”) is open to the following “Customers” who are:
i. Adult smokers at least 18 years old (as of December 21, 2022) and above residing in the Philippines; and
ii. Legal Age Users with active IQOS account and has an IQOS 3 Multi device linked to their account
iii. Buying any IQOS product with a minimum purchase of 140Php.
2. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC"). The online store of IQOS.com is operated by Active Asia Inc. (or "AAI"), and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS.com. This Offer is being carried out by PMFTC in cooperation with AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC.
3. The Offer period is from December 21, 2022 until supplies last. The Offer is only redeemable in IQOS Stores within Metro Manila (except ETON). One redemption per IQOS.com user only. Total redemptions are based on accessory availability per store. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.
4. The Accessory Freebie will only be applicable to an IQOS Silicone Sleeve or an IQOS Cap for the IQOS 3 Multi device. Accessory color will be subject to IQOS store’s stock availability. Only 1 (one) accessory will be given to the Customer.
5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.
6. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer will be disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.
7. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
8. Should a scenario occur wherein an individual has multiple IQOS accounts, all of which have a linked IQOS 3 Multi device, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to allow only one redemption of the Offer.
9. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

II. MECHANICS
1. The Direct Retail IQOS 3 Multi Accessory Offer is a one-time offer that gives Customers a free IQOS 3 Multi accessory (“Gift”) with 140 Php minimum purchase required.
2. The Offer can be availed by Customers from any IQOS Store in Metro Manila (except ETON) and with the following eligibility requirements:
i. Adult smokers at least 18 years old (as of December 21, 2022) and above residing in the Philippines; and
ii. Legal Age Users with active IQOS account and has an IQOS 3 Multi device linked to their account
iii. Buying any IQOS product with a minimum purchase of 140Php.
3. Registered members of IQOS.com refers to accounts that have passed the IQOS.com’s soft-age verification and have agreed that the data they provide will be used in accordance with IQOS privacy notice.
4. Should the customer meet the eligibility requirements the Store Expert will offer the free accessory. In case of suspicious, illegal, or fraudulent activities with respect to the redemption of the offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.
5. The Offer can be combined with other special offers, promotions, or vouchers.
6. The Accessory Freebie will only be applicable to IQOS Silicone Sleeve or IQOS Cap for the IQOS 3 Multi device. Accessory color will be subject to IQOS store’s stock availability. Only 1 (one) accessory will be given to the Customer.
7. Upon redemption of the accessory, the qualified Customer will be given an acknowledgment receipt.
8. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before making a purchase or as a purchase is delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.
III. OTHERS
1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
2. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:
i. that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of December 21, 2022;
ii. that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
iii. that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
iv. that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
