IQOS PH Viber™ Community Pick-Me-Up Mondays Terms & Conditions
I. GENERAL
1. The IQOS PH Viber™ Community (“Community”) Pick-Me-Up Mondays (“Offer”) is open to the following (“Members”) who are:
a. Legal age Users residing in the Philippines; and
b. IQOS device owners and IQOS.com account owners; and
c. Current members of IQOS PH Viber™ Community and who would otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products
2. The Offer is only redeemable in IQOS Stores. IQOS Stores are owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC"). IQOS Stores are operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS. This Offer is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products
3. The Offer period is redeemable only on October 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2022 until supplies last, and is limited to a maximum of one (1) redemption per Member throughout the offer period, and only for those who show proof of membership upon redemption. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.
4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.
5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

II. MECHANICS
1. The IQOS PH Viber™ Community Pick-Me-Up Mondays is a Member-exclusive offer that gives Members one (1) free 250 ml bottled coffee from Cafe Seventy Six (“Coffee”) in select IQOS Stores and only redeemable on during the duration period. Coffee can be obtained by doing the following:
- By being a member of the IQOS PH Viber™ Community and seeing the IQOS PH Viber™ Community post with the mechanics.
2. The Offer can only be availed by Members, and with the following eligibility requirements:
a. Legal age Users residing in the Philippines; and
b. IQOS device owners and IQOS.com account owners; and
c. Current members of IQOS PH Viber™ Community and who would otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products.
3. The Coffee will come in six (6) different flavors: Americano, Latte, Caramel Latte, Macadamia Latte, Vanilla Latte and Hazelnut Latte. Eligible Members can redeem one (1) free Coffee only and subject to the store’s stock availability.
4. To receive the Coffee, the Member should visit a participating IQOS Store on a Monday, with the redemption dates of October 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2022 and present their proof of IQOS PH Viber Community membership and must present any of the following valid government-issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearm License, NBI Clearance Card, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or Voter’s ID.
If the Member cannot show proof that they are a member of the IQOS PH Viber™ Community or whose government-issued ID is not valid, they are not eligible to redeem the Coffee.
5. A special exception is given to have the Offer be exclusively available on October 1, 2022, Saturday, despite it not being a Monday to commemorate International Coffee Day. Members must still present their proof of IQOS PH Viber Community membership and must present any of the following valid government-issued IDs as proof of age.
If the Member cannot show proof that they are a member of the IQOS PH Viber™ Community or whose government-issued ID is not valid, they are not eligible to redeem the Coffee.
6. Each participating IQOS Store excluding branches in SM Mall of Asia Street and SM Megamall will have twelve (12) Coffee available each day on October 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2022. Exclusive to October 1, 2022 only, there will be eighteen (18) Coffee available for redemptions in each of the participating IQOS Stores.
IQOS Stores in Bonifacio SM Mall of Asia and SM Megamall will have eighteen (18) Coffee available on each day on October 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2022, and twenty-four (24) Coffee on October 1, 2022 only.
7. The Offer is redeemable in eleven (11) IQOS Stores and the Coffee will be stored in the IQOS Store’s mini refrigerator or chiller. The list of participating IQOS Stores are as follows:

c. Festival Mall
d. Glorietta
e. Podium
f. Robinsons Galleria
g. Robinsons Manila
h. SM Fairview
i. SM Megamall
j. SM Mall of Asia
k. SM North Edsa
8. Upon receipt of the Coffee, Members must fill up the Acknowledgment Form stating that they received the Coffee in good condition.
9. The consumption of the Coffee inside of the IQOS Store or Designated Vaping Area is subject to each area’s rules and regulations. Members are responsible for adhering to these rules and regulations and must consume their Coffee responsibly.
10. The Coffee is not transferable and not convertible to cash.
11. In cases where the Member is unable to personally claim the Coffee, no authorized representatives will be allowed to claim on their behalf.
III. OTHERS
1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
2. Members in the Offer agree and confirm the following:
- that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of October 1, 2022;
- that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
- that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
- that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
3. PMFTC will not be liable to the Member for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Offer.
4. By redeeming the Offer and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Members also confirm his/her consent to Philip Morris International’s Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.
5. The Member understands that they are entitled to certain rights in relation to the personal data collected, including the right to access, correct, and object to the processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint before the National Privacy Commission of violation of your right as a data subject. consistent with Philip Morris International’s Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.
