IQOS 2nd Device Promo 2025

The IQOS 2nd Device Promo 2025 with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).
ANNEX A
MECHANICS
1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail:
(a) Customers can avail of the IQOS 2nd Device Promo if they fulfill all of the parameters below:
a. Has a PH IQOS account
b. Has one (1) linked ILUMA One device, regardless if the device is still within warranty period or not
(b) Customers who have multiple ILUMA or IQOS devices linked to their account, regardless of type of device, will not be eligible to avail of the offer
2. Duration of Offer and Where to Avail:
a) Offer period is from August 1 to September 30 if promo is availed through IQOS Customer Care
b) Offer period is from September 1 – 30 if promo is availed through IQOS.COM
c) The Offer can be availed through IQOS Customer Care and IQOS.COM only. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant
3. Specific Terms of the Offer:
(a) Eligible customers will be contacted by IQOS Customer Care to avail of the promotion. Customers may also choose to voluntarily call IQOS Customer Care to avail of the promotion, as long as they are eligible.
(b) Eligible customers can also choose to avail the promotion in IQOS.COM.
(c) The Offer allows eligible customers to purchase ILUMA Mid as their second device at Php 500 off. The Offer is only limited to ILUMA Mid and cannot be used to purchase other ILUMA devices (e.g. ILUMA One, ILUMA Prime). The offer will only be applicable for second device purchase. Multiple device owners who would like to purchase ILUMA Mid will not be able to avail of this offer
(d) Eligible customers who choose to avail the promotion in IQOS.COM will need to add to cart 1 ILUMA device. Discount will be automatically applied upon check out
(e) Eligible customers may only avail of the promotion once (1) during the promo period. If the customer already availed the promotion through IQOS Customer Care, they can no longer avail of the promotion in IQOS.COM (ie there will be no discount applied upon check out)
(f) This Offer cannot be combined with other IQOS promotions.
(g) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.
