Terms & Conditions

The RAF 3rd Referral Reward Program offer with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

Mechanics

1. Definition of Terms

(a) Referrer – also known as “Godfather”, is a Customer who is at least 18 years old or older and residing in the Philippines with a IQOS or IQOS.com account and who has a Linked IQOS device* at IQOS.com.

(b) Referral Code – a valid unique code provided to each Referrer that is accessible in IQOS.com on which the Referrer could share to participate in the Offer.

(c) Referee – also known as “Godson”, is an adult (18+) smoker or nicotine product user residing in the Philippines who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco products or nicotine-containing products, has an IQOS.com account with no purchase history and no linked device, and decides under this Offer to purchase their first IQOS device in the Philippines using the referral code shared by the Referrer.

* Linked IQOS device means the Customer has registered an account in IQOS.com and has linked their IQOS device to their registered IQOS.com account.

2. Eligibility/Who Can Avail

(a) The Offer is open to all Referrers who have done 3 or more referrals.

(b) The Referrer can participate in the Offer by sharing his/her referral code to more than 3 unique referees.

(c) The offer can only be availed once per Referrer.

3. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail

1) The Offer period is from November 21, 2025 to December 31, 2025. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

2) The Offer can only be availed in the following points-of-sale:

i) Official IQOS Stores

ii) IQOS.com (online store)

iii) IQOS Coaches

iv) IQOS Pop-up Stores

IQOS Pop-up Stores are deployed in various locations in Metro Manila operated by IQOS Field Sales Experts where a Customer may avail of the Offer. IQOS Pop-up Store locations are provided in ANNEX B.

4. Specific Terms of the Offer

(a) The Referrer will share his/her referral code to the Referee, and the Referee will enjoy a discount when purchasing his/her first IQOS device kit.

(b) The Referrer will receive an IQOS Voucher (amount provided in the table below) for every successful first IQOS device purchase by a unique Referee using the Referrer’s referral code. “Unique Referee” means a Referee who is a one-time referral of the Referrer.

(c) When the Referrer successfully referred 3 unique referees from account creation, they will be eligible to receive an IQOS Exclusive Freebie upon their next purchase (consumable or device).

(d) Under the Offer, the discount and IQOS Voucher reward value shall be as follows:

The following are the guidelines for the Referrer’s IQOS 3rd referral reward:

i. The Referrer will receive an IQOS Exclusive freebie on their next purchase.

a. Under this Offer, the Referrer may only avail of the IQOS 3rd referral reward program if and when they have successfully referred 3 or more Unique referrals.

b. The Referrer must belong to the MGM_Referral_3 segment. A user can only enter this segment if they have successfully referred 3 or more unique referrals.

c. The IQOS Exclusive freebie is subject to the availability of the IQOS store visited.

d. This reward can only be availed of once per user.

ii. The IQOS Exclusive Freebie will automatically be added to the consumer’s cart before checkout if they are eligible for the program.

As long as it is proven that the Referee is eligible for the program, then PMFTC or its authorized representative/service provider shall not be liable for any failure of the Referrer to redeem or use any voucher.

iii. The reflection of MGM_Referral_3 segment may be subject to possible delays due to technical and system limitations. We will issue the necessary notice in IQOS.com if such is the case.

iv. Each IQOS Exclusive freebie can only be redeemed in a single transaction.

v. For orders eligible to receive the reward that led to failed transactions (e.g. IQOS Exclusive Freebie not appearing in cart), a Referrer may request for a one-time replacement IQOS Voucher from IQOS Customer Care, subject to the following:

a. Review of the failed transaction (e.g. IQOS Exclusive Freebie not appearing in cart, accidental order cancellation, unavailability of the Customer (Referrer in this case) during delivery, etc) and the order history of the consumer

b. Referrer’s eligibility for the Offer and compliance with the requirements of the Offer

c. If still eligible to receive the IQOS Exclusive Freebie, IQOS Customer Care will send the replacement IQOS Voucher to the Referrer’s nominated email address as reflected in IQOS.com.  It is the responsibility of the Referrer to update his/her personal details in their IQOS.com account to ensure timely receipt of the replacement IQOS Voucher. 

As long as it is proven that the replacement IQOS Voucher notification was sent to the Referrer’s registered IQOS.com email address and/or mobile number, then PMFTC or its authorized representative/service provider shall not be liable for any failure of the Referrer to redeem or use any voucher and will not refund any voucher due to any alleged non-receipt by the Referrer of the confirmation notice or message.

vi. The IQOS Exclusive Freebie for the Referrer is not transferable and not convertible to cash.

vii. In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the IQOS Voucher, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Referrer’s IQOS or IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

6. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

1.  The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age:  Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

2. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

a) Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification

b) Copy of a valid government issued ID of Customer for identity check and age verification

c) Signed authorization letter indicating the order reference number and stating that the Customer is authorizing the representative to receive the orders (IQOS ILUMA Prime, IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA One, BONDS BY IQOS, or IQOS ORIGINALS One Device Kit and the Starter Kit choice of TEREA™, BLENDS, or HEETS™ packs and order reference number).

The courier will not be able to deliver the Customer’s IQOS ILUMA Prime, IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA One, BONDS BY IQOS, or IQOS ORIGINALS One Device Kit Device Kit and respective Starter Kits if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

3. For deliveries, the courier will communicate and coordinate the details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that offer same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card or GCash transactions, normal refund process will be followed:

For credit card transactions:

a) For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times 

b) For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times 

You may check the status of your refund with your issuing bank.

4. For GCash transactions, refund must be coursed through IQOS Customer Care team. The Customer shall call IQOS Customer Care team to trigger the refund process and will be able to credit back to the Customer’s GCash account real time.

1. IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.

2. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained. 

3. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:

a) that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;  

b) that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;  

c) that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;  

d) that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.

5. PMFTC/AAI will not be liable to the Customer for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Offer.
