Terms & Conditions

The Points to Packs Offer, with details provided in ANNEX A (“Mechanics”) and ANNEX B (“Conversion Table”), is open to legal-age adult users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) and above residing in the Philippines who otherwise use tobacco or nicotine-containing products (“Customer”).

ANNEX A

Mechanics

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail

(a) The Offer is exclusively available to existing IQOS CLUB Members with an active and verified IQOS CLUB account, who receive theofficial communication regarding the Points to Pack promotion which contains their unique promo code. IQOS CLUB membership presupposes that the Customer is a legal-age nicotine user who is at least eighteen (18) years old (as of the date of participation in the Offer) and residing in the Philippines.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail

(a) The Offer period runs from February 3, 2026 to February 28, 2026. PMFTC reserves the right to shorten, extend, or discontinue the Offer if circumstances warrant.

(b) The Offer is redeemable in any IQOS Stores nationwide (Annex C) and IQOS.com.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer

(a) This Offer allows eligible IQOS CLUB Members to convert the value of their IQOS CLUB status points as of November 15, 2025 into free TEREA packs. 

(b) Eligible IQOS CLUB Members will be sent an email communication that states the number of IQOS CLUB Status points they’ve accumulated as of November 15, 2025. A defined conversion rate of 1 free TEREA pack for every 1000 IQOS CLUB Status points will be the basis of the number of TEREA packs per Member. Conversion table can be found in Annex B.

(c) The Offer shall operate on a one-time, all-or-nothing conversion basis. No partial redemption or split conversion shall be permitted.

(d) All TEREA packs earned under this Offer must be redeemed in one (1) single transaction only. Split transactions or multiple redemption events shall not be allowed. Members may select their preferred TEREA variant upon check-out in IQOS Stores.

(e) To avail of the offer and claim the free TEREA packs, IQOS CLUB member will be required to meet a minimum purchase transaction of PHP 500, limited to TEREA product purchases in the same transaction.

(f) Promo redemption is limited to 1 time per user only.

(g) Redemption must be completed personally by the registered IQOS CLUB Member. Redemption by proxies or third parties is not permitted.

(h) To redeem in IQOS Stores (Annex C), the Member shall present the unique promo code received via email and a valid proof of identity matching the registered IQOS CLUB account details. IQOS CLUB Member must also comply with the minimum purchase requirement.

(i) Store Sales Executives shall perform identity verification and validate the promo code prior to redemption. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to decline redemption in cases of mismatch, suspected misuse, or insufficient verification

(j) To redeem in IQOS.com, IQOS CLUB member will need to comply with the minimum purchase requirement (minimum P500 worth of TEREA products) and input their unique promo code upon checkout. Once successfully applied, the promo code shall be burned and marked as redeemed, and cannot be reused under any circumstance.

(k) Store personnel shall not be authorized to manually override or force redemption of promo codes that fail system validation. Any failed validation cases must be escalated to IQOS Customer Care for verification and resolution.

(l) Should the IQOS CLUB Member encounter any concern on promo redemption in store or in IQOS.COM, they may contact IQOS Customer Care. IQOS Customer Care may process resolution or replacement under standard verification protocols, including validation of Member identity, previous transactions, ownership of the code, and confirmation of non-redemption. Replacement or escalation cases shall remain subject to backend one-time-use controls to ensure that no code, replacement or otherwise, may be redeemed more than once.

(m) Converted points cannot be reinstated to the Member’s IQOS CLUB account under any circumstance.

(n) Redemption under this Offer is final, non-reversible, non-exchangeable, and non-convertible to cash or other benefits

(o) In case of suspicious, illegal, or fraudulent activities related to participation in the Offer, PMFTC reserves the right to hold, suspend, or block a Customer’s IQOS account or cancel the transaction.

(p) This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, MGM rewards, birthday vouchers, or similar programs.

(q) Redemption is subject to product availability at the time of transaction.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI and/or authorized third party service providers of PMFTC Inc. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

6. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

2. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

a) Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification

b) Copy of a valid government issued ID of Customer for identity check and age verification

c) Signed authorization letter indicating the order reference number and stating that the Customer is authorizing the representative to receive the orders

The courier will not be able to proceed with the transaction if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

3. For deliveries, the courier will communicate and coordinate details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that offer same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card or GCash transactions, normal refund process will be followed:

For credit card transactions:

For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times

For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times

4. For GCash transactions, refund must be coursed through IQOS/ZYN Customer Care team. The Customer shall call IQOS Customer Care team to trigger the refund process and will be able to credit back to the Customer’s GCash account real time.

1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this terms and conditions, including the mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers availing the Offer agree and confirm the following:

  • that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
  • that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
  • that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
  • that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
