TERMS & CONDITIONS

The 2026 3.3 ECOMMERCE PROMO with details provided in ANNEX A (“IQOS 3.3 Offer”), ANNEX B (“TEREA 3.3 Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

ANNEX A

IQOS 3.3 OFFER MECHANICS

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail:

(a) Customers who are purchasing their 1st IQOS ILUMA i device kit (IQOS ILUMA i Kit / IQOS ILUMA i Prime Kit / IQOS ILUMA i One Kit) during the Offer period can avail of the IQOS 3.3 OFFER.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail: The Offer period is only from March 3 – 7, 2026 on IQOS.com only.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

1. Eligible Customers may avail the IQOS 3.3 OFFER when they purchase their 1st IQOS ILUMA i device kit (IQOS ILUMA i Kit / IQOS ILUMA i Prime Kit / IQOS ILUMA i One Kit) using the coupon code 33IQOS26 upon checkout.

2. Eligible Customers may only avail this promotion once during the Offer period.

3. The IQOS 3.3 OFFER allows eligible Customers to get a FREE IQOS x ISABEL Magnetic Snap Wallet with their ILUMA i purchase.

4. This Offer is not transferrable and not convertible to cash.

5. The Offer cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions or vouchers.

6. In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.

ANNEX B

TEREA 3.3 OFFER MECHANICS

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail:

(a) Customers who are purchasing 3 or more TEREA reams (any variant) during the Offer period can avail of the TEREA 3.3 OFFER.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail: The Offer period is only from March 3 – 7, 2026 on IQOS.com and IQOS Official Stores in Shopee and Lazada.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer on IQOS.com:

(a) Eligible Customers may avail the TEREA 3.3 OFFER when they purchase 3 or more TEREA reams (any variant) using the coupon code 33TEREA26 upon checkout.

(b) Eligible Customers may only avail this promotion once during the Offer period.

(c) The TEREA 3.3 OFFER allows eligible Customers to get a 20% off on their TEREA purchase and a FREE IQOS x ISABEL Magnetic Snap Wallet with their TEREA purchase.

(d) This Offer is not transferable and not convertible to cash.

(e) The Offer cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions or vouchers.

(f) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.

(g) The Order Limit of TEREA is 15 reams per 90 days per Customer, which still holds true and is applicable to this promotion. No order made by the same Customer and exceeding the total amount of Php 22,500 (including taxes) will be accepted. Any order exceeding the Order Limit of TEREA or the total amount of Php 22,500 (including taxes) will be cancelled.

4. Specific Terms of the Offer on IQOS Official Store in Shopee and Lazada:

(a) Eligible Customers may avail the TEREA 3.3 OFFER when they purchase 3 or more TEREA reams (any variant).

(b) The TEREA 3.3 OFFER allows eligible Customers to get a 20% off on their TEREA purchase when they use the 20% Off Shop Voucher applied on three IQOS TEREA 10s (1 Ream) ILUMA Sticks product, applied on two IQOS TEREA 30s (3 Ream) ILUMA Sticks product; or purchase at least one IQOS TEREA 30s (3 Ream) ILUMA Sticks product.

(c) This Offer is not transferable and not convertible to cash.

(d) The Offer cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions or vouchers.

(e) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block or cancel the transaction.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI and/or authorized third party service providers of PMFTC Inc. IQOS.com & ZYN.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com, ZYN.com, IQOS Official Store in Shopee & Lazada are operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores, IQOS.com, ZYN.com, and IQOS Official Store in Shopee & Lazada. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers. 

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com/ZYN.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com/ZYN.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly. 

6. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

2. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

a) Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification

b) Copy of a valid government issued ID of Customer for identity check and age verification

c) Signed authorization letter indicating the order reference number and stating that the Customer is authorizing the representative to receive the orders

The courier will not be able to proceed with the transaction if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

3. For deliveries, the courier will communicate and coordinate details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that offer same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card or GCash transactions, normal refund process will be followed:

For credit card transactions:

For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times

For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times

You may check the status of your refund with your issuing bank.

4. For GCash transactions, refund must be coursed through IQOS/ZYN Customer Care team. The Customer shall call IQOS Customer Care team to trigger the refund process and will be able to credit back to the Customer’s GCash account real time.

1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this terms and conditions, including the mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers availing the Offer agree and confirm the following:

• that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer; 

• that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein; 

• that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer; 

• that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
