REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM (MEMBER GET MEMBER) – AUGUST 2026 BOOST

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Refer a Friend Program (Member Get Member) – August 2026 Boost with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise smoke or use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

I. GENERAL

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.

3. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

4. Government Warning: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. This is for use only by adults and is not recommended for use by nonsmokers.

II. AGE VERIFICATION

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before PMFTC products can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs are acceptable as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

REFER A FRIEND (MEMBER GET MEMBER) – AUGUST 2026 BOOST

1. Eligibility/Who can Avail:

(a) The Offer is open to all Referees (Adult Consumers) with access to a referral code shared to them by a Referrer.

(b) The Referrer can participate in the Offer by sharing his/her referral code with a Referee. A Referee can access and use such referral code to avail of the Offer.

(c) The Referee can participate in the Offer by using the referral code to purchase his/her first IQOS device kit. The Referee can only choose from the following IQOS device kits to purchase using the referral code:

a. IQOS ILUMA i

b. IQOS ILUMA i One

c. IQOS Remix Limited Edition

(d) To qualify for the August 2026 Boost benefit, both the Referrer and Referee must be physically present together in-store during the qualifying transaction.

(e) Separate or individual store visits by the Referrer and Referee shall not qualify for the August 2026 Boost benefit.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:

(a) Offer period is from August 28, 2026 – August 30, 2026 only.

(b) The offer could be redeemed through official IQOS Stores nationwide only.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

(a) The Referrer will share his/her referral code with the Referee, and the Referee will enjoy the applicable benefit when purchasing his/her first IQOS device kit.

(b) The Referrer will receive an IQOS Voucher for every successful first IQOS device purchase by a unique Referee using the Referrer's referral code.

(c) The August 2026 Boost is an additional limited-time benefit on top of the existing Refer a Friend (Member Get Member) Program benefits.

(d) Under the Offer, the benefit and reward values shall be as follows:

a. Referee purchasing an IQOS ILUMA i One or IQOS ILUMA i device shall receive a Php 200 discount upon purchase and one (1) free gift.

b. Referee purchasing an IQOS Remix Limited Edition device shall receive Bluetooth Speakers upon purchase and one (1) free gift.

c. Referrer's IQOS Voucher reward value: Php 200 and one (1) free gift.

(e) With a valid referral code, the Referee will be entitled to the applicable benefit for the purchase of his/her first eligible IQOS device.

(f) Eligible participants shall receive one (1) promotional gift for every qualifying August 2026 Boost transaction.

(g) The free gift applicable under this Offer shall be determined by PMFTC or its authorized representatives.

(h) The type, design, color, variant, and specification of the free gift shall be determined solely by PMFTC and/or its authorized representatives.

(i) If the free gift becomes unavailable, PMFTC or its authorized representatives reserve the right to provide an alternative gift of similar nature or value.

(j) If all free gifts have been exhausted, eligible customers shall remain entitled to the regular Refer a Friend (Member Get Member) benefits, but shall no longer be entitled to the August 2026 Boost gift.

(k) Free gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not convertible to cash.

(l) A Referee can only use a Referrer's voucher once. Once the voucher has been used by the customer, he or she may no longer use any Referral voucher in the future.

(m) The Referrer may receive an IQOS Voucher for a maximum of twenty (20) times only based on a total of twenty unique and successful referral transactions using his/her referral code.

(n) The IQOS Voucher reward notification will be sent to the Referrer's registered IQOS.com email address and/or mobile number. It is the responsibility of the Referrer to update his/her personal details in their IQOS.com account to ensure timely receipt of the confirmation notice or message.

(o) As long as it is proven that the IQOS Voucher reward notification was sent to the Referrer's registered IQOS.com email address and/or mobile number, then PMFTC or its authorized representative/service provider shall not be liable for any failure of the Referrer to redeem or use any voucher and will not refund any voucher due to any alleged non-receipt by the Referrer of the confirmation notice or message.

(p) This Offer may not be used in conjunction with other offers/promos/discounts unless otherwise determined by PMFTC.

(q) The IQOS Voucher is not transferable and not convertible to cash.
