TERMS & CONDITIONS

The IQOS Electric Dreams Promotion with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise smoke or use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

I. GENERAL

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.

3. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

4. Government Warning: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. This is for use only by adults and is not recommended for use by nonsmokers.

II. AGE VERIFICATION

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before PMFTC products can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs are acceptable as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

ANNEX A
MECHANICS

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail

Customers can avail themselves of the IQOS Electric Dreams Promotion if they fulfill all the parameters below:

a. Open only to legal aged users who are at least 18 years old and above.

b. Must agree to join (or is already a member of) IQOS CLUB. A Customer can become an IQOS CLUB Member by: (i) having an IQOS account; (ii) linking an IQOS device to his IQOS account; and (iii) Agree to IQOS CLUB Terms and Conditions.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:

a. Offer period is from May 8, 2026 to July 29, 2026.

b. The Offer can be availed at any IQOS stores, IQOS.com, IQOS Official Store in Lazada, IQOS Official Store in Shopee, Lighters Galore, 7Eleven, Uncle Johns, Lawson, The Marketplace, Shopwise, Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Easymart, Green Puff, DJ Shop and Planet Vape.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

A Customer can participate in the Offer by either -

a. Buying an ILUMA i One Electric Purple /any ILUMA i Prime/ any ILUMA i OR by referring at least three (3) friends to purchase IQOS. Details of referring can be found in this link: https://www.iqos.com/ph/en/promo-terms/refer-a-friend.html.

b. By joining the Offer, each Customer agrees to provide PMFTC, its authorized representatives, and third-party service providers with their personal data. The personal data of the Customer such as but not limited to name, address, email, and contact number will be used to determine capacity and eligibility to participate and win in the Offer. PMFTC will only process personal data indicated on winning electronic entries. Personal data on all other electronic entries will not be processed and will be disposed of. PMFTC will keep the electronic entries for (60) sixty days after the end of the promotion and will be processed in accordance with https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.

4. Winning ELECTRIC DREAMS

a. There will be a total of 10 winners for the raffle promotion – 2 winners for each of the 5 dreams/trips

• Portugal – Cargo Karting Experience

Winner will participate in a guided kart racing activity along a designated track located near coastal areas in Portugal.

• South Korea – Symphony Venue Stay Experience

Winner will stay in a designated accommodation within or near a music performance venue and attend a scheduled symphony performance.

• Morocco – Desert Music Experience

Winner will attend a curated nighttime music event held in a desert location in Morocco.

• Switzerland – Parade Participation Experience

Winner will take part in an organized public parade event in Switzerland as an official participant.

• Slovenia – Cave Music Experience

Winner will attend a guided music performance held inside a natural cave venue in Slovenia

b. The winners will be chosen with the presence of a DTI representative

• Expenses of a Personal Nature (eg. Telephone Calls, Shopping Sprees, Mini Bar, laundry)
• Other expenses outside the travel dates indicated

7. Notification of ELECTRIC DREAMS winners:

a. Winners will be notified via registered mail, email and calls by PMFTC’s authorized representative through the contact details provided by the Customers. By participating in the Offer, Customers are encouraged to check spam/junk folders for the prize notification as there may be accidental redirects of the prize notification email to their spam/junk folder.

b. Names of winners will be posted on IQOS.com.

6. Claiming of prizes

a. Once the winner accepts the prize, they will be allowed to collect their ELECTRIC DREAM Box in the nearest IQOS Store.

b. To claim the ELECTRIC DREAM Box, the winners will be required to submit a valid government issued ID.

c. If the winner cannot claim the ELECTRIC DREAM Box in the store, they may send an authorized representative instead. The authorized representative must be a legal aged nicotine user and must present the following:

• Authorization Letter from the winner
• Valid Government issued ID of the winner
• Valid Government issued ID of the representative

d. Once verified by PMFTC’s authorized representative, winners of the Offer will be requested confirm participation in the trip and submit the necessary travel documents or information for PMFTC representatives to book and process their flights for the respective Electric Dream that they have won.

e. Winners of the Offer must be able to comply with all travel requirements including but not limited to having a valid passport, are fit to travel and satisfy the visa requirements (if applicable) for the respective Electric Dream that they have won.

f. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered notice. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of PMFTC, subject to prior approval of the DTI.

6. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Prizes are convertible to cash.

8.Taxes (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by PMFTC.

9. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.

10. All employees of PMFTC, ActivAsia Inc including those from its advertising agencies, participating merchants, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.
