The IQOS FOREVER CURIOUS CURIOSITY BOX PROMO 2025 with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

ANNEX A
MECHANICS

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail:

(a) Customers can avail of the IQOS FOREVER CURIOUS CURIOSITY BOX PROMO if they fulfill any of the parameters below:

a. Bought and linked an IQOS ILUMA device for the first time during the promo period; or

b. Already has a linked IQOS ILUMA device and spends a minimum single receipt transaction worth Php 3000 in any official IQOS Store nationwide during the promo period.

(b) Those who bought and linked an IQOS ILUMA device for the first time during the promo period must not have any prior linked IQOS device.

(c) Transactions of those with a linked IQOS ILUMA device may consist of either IQOS ILUMA devices or TEREA or both IQOS ILUMA devices and TEREA, for as long as minimum purchase requirement of a single receipt of Php 3000 is met. Customers may also opt to mix their purchases with other products in the IQOS store for as long as 80% of the purchases made are IQOS ILUMA devices or TEREA.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:

(a) Offer period is from June 28, 2025 to September 30, 2025. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

(b) The Offer can be availed exclusively at official IQOS Stores nationwide except IQOS Stores in airport terminals. List of participating stores can be seen in Schedule 1.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

(a) Eligible customers can avail of the Promo in any participating IQOS store nationwide which will give them a chance to win instant rewards.

(b) Eligible customers may pick a ball from the Curiosity Box. A sample photo of the Curiosity box is seen in Schedule 2.

(c) After picking a ball, Customers will need to open it to reveal the reward inside. Inside a ball is a Curiosity Key whose text can only be read through a decoder. IQOS Store experts will provide customers with this decoder in order to unlock what reward the Customer won. Sample photo of the ball, Curiosity Key and decoder is seen in Schedule 3.

(d) Rewards that can be won include the following:

(e) Once reward has been revealed, Customers will be asked to input their personal details (name, Email, Mobile phone number) in a secured online link. Customers expressly consent to the collection and processing of these personal details which will be used to send the actual voucher reward that they won. These personal details must also match the details that were registered in their IQOS account. In the event that the Customer’s details in their IQOS account are no longer valid, Customers can request IQOS Store experts to update their contact information in their IQOS account, on the spot. It is required and necessary that the details that will be inputted in the secured, online link will match the details in their IQOS account. In the event that details inputted in the secured, online link will not match the details in their IQOS account, customer forfeits his reward.

(f) Once submitted, Mobile Number and Email can no longer be revised. In the event that a customer will say that they’ve inputted the wrong details AFTER the submission, customer will forfeit their reward.

(g) Once details have been submitted, customers will be sent an Email notification and will be given a flyer. Both Email and Flyer will inform customers that their actual voucher reward will be sent to their registered Email and SMS within 48-72 hours. This Email and Flyer cannot be used to redeem their rewards as both don’t contain the actual voucher code. In the event that there will be concerns on receiving the voucher through Email and SMS, customers may contact IQOS Customer Care at #983838. Sample photo of the flyer can be seen in Schedule 4.

(h) Eligibility of customers who signed up in the secured, online link will be verified before the voucher reward will be sent to their registered mobile number and email. In the event that an ineligible* customer signs up in the secured, online link, the customer forfeits their reward despite getting an email notification about their reward. Only eligible customers, or customers who meet the eligibility requirements as stated in section 1 will be able to avail of the rewards.

*Ineligible – a customer who does not meet the eligibility requirements as stated in section 1 of this document

(i) Actual voucher reward will only be received through the registered Email or SMS. Redemption of the rewards won will be subject to specific terms and conditions per merchant as indicated in the table above. Customers may contact IQOS Customer Care at #983838 for any questions on rewards redemption.

(j) All rewards will merit the customer to receive a flyer, except if the reward won is a gift certificate from The Spa. Specific to this reward, the customer will already be given the actual The Spa gift certificate which can be used and redeemed in participating The Spa branches in Metro Manila only. It will be the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with The Spa for appointment schedule and services to avail of.

(k) If the reward drawn is a Curious X event pass, this gives the customer an exclusive invite for him and their plus one (must be a legal aged nicotine user) to IQOS Curious X events. This reward can only be drawn once per customer across all stores. In the event that the customer draws a second Curious X event pass, he will be informed by IQOS Store experts to pick another ball.

(l) Customers can only pick one (1) ball for every Php 3000 single receipt transaction. Customers cannot pick again in case they didn’t like the reward they’ve picked.

(m) All Curiosity Keys found inside the balls are sealed. Customers may refuse to accept the Curiosity Key and will be given a chance to pick again if the seal of the Curiosity Key they initially picked has already been tampered.

(n) Customers cannot take home the Curiosity Key, ball and decoder.

(o) This Offer may be combined with other IQOS promotions.

(p) Prizes are not transferrable and not convertible to cash.

(q) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

6. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

1.  The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age:  Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

2. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:

a) Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification

b) Copy of a valid government issued ID of Customer for identity check and age verification

c) Signed authorization letter indicating the order reference number and stating that the Customer is authorizing the representative to receive the orders (IQOS ILUMA Prime, IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA One, BONDS BY IQOS, or IQOS ORIGINALS One Device Kit and the Starter Kit choice of TEREA™, BLENDS, or HEETS™ packs and order reference number).

The courier will not be able to deliver the Customer’s IQOS ILUMA Prime, IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA One, BONDS BY IQOS, or IQOS ORIGINALS One Device Kit Device Kit and respective Starter Kits if any of the above-required documents are not presented.

3. For deliveries, the courier will communicate and coordinate the details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that offer same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card or GCash transactions, normal refund process will be followed:

For credit card transactions:

a) For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times 

b) For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times 

You may check the status of your refund with your issuing bank.

4. For GCash transactions, refund must be coursed through IQOS Customer Care team. The Customer shall call IQOS Customer Care team to trigger the refund process and will be able to credit back to the Customer’s GCash account real time.

1. IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.

2. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained. 

3. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:

a) that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;  

b) that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;  

c) that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;  

d) that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
