Terms & Conditions

The IQOS ILUMA I REMIX BADGE IQOS CLUB ACCESS TO CURIOUS X EVENTS with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

ANNEX A
Mechanics

1. Eligibility/Who can avail:

(a) Customers can avail of the IQOS ILUMA i REMIX BADGE IQOS CLUB ACCESS TO CURIOUS X EVENTS if they are existing IQOS CLUB members as of the offer period as stated below.

(b) IQOS CLUB is a closed group of opted in users as stated in the NEW IQOS CLUB 2026 OFFER Terms and Conditions. This means that there are no joining parameters that will allow non-IQOS CLUB members to avail of the Offer.

2. Duration of the Program and Where to avail:

(a) Offer period is from August 10 – October 31, 2026 only. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances are so warranted.

(b) Offer will only be available on IQOS.com and the following IQOS Stores. See Schedule 1 for addresses of these stores.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

(a) Subject to Section 2 above, eligible Customers will be able to avail the Offer in IQOS.com and IQOS Stores only.

(b) Eligible Customers can avail the Offer of THE IQOS ILUMA I REMIX BADGE IQOS CLUB ACCESS TO CURIOUS X EVENTS from August 10 – October 31, 2026 only. 

To qualify for the REMIX Badge, a Customer must:

a. Be an IQOS CLUB member in the Philippines; and

b. Purchase an IQOS ILUMA i REMIX device through IQOS.com or participating IQOS Stores in the Philippines; and

c. Successfully link the purchased IQOS ILUMA i REMIX device to their IQOS account registered in the Philippines.

Only devices purchased and linked in the Philippines are eligible to earn the REMIX Badge.

This Offer cannot be combined with other IQOS promotions.

(c) Eligibility and the REMIX Badge are not transferrable and not convertible to cash.

(d) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.

4. REMIX Badge:

(a) Upon successful device registration and linking, eligible Customers will automatically receive the REMIX Badge in their IQOS CLUB account within 5 days. Once the REMIX badge is earned, it will change color from gray to a multi-colored badge in the Customers IQOS.com account.

(b) The REMIX Badge serves as the Customer's proof of eligibility and access credential for applicable Curious X events.

(c) No physical ticket, voucher, or invitation card will be issued. Entry to Curious X events is subject to verification of the Customer's active REMIX Badge and compliance with applicable event requirements.

(d) The REMIX Badge is personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the Customer to whom it was issued.

5. Curious X Events:

(a) Curious X events are available within Metro Manila.

(b) Access to specific Curious X events may be subject to venue capacity, registration requirements, event schedules, age verification, and other event-specific mechanics communicated by PMFTC/AAI and by the Legal Age Meeting Place partner/event organizer.

(c) The REMIX Badge grants eligible Customers access to Curious X events. However, earning or possessing a REMIX Badge does not guarantee admission to any specific Curious X event. Access remains subject to event venue capacity, registration requirements, venue policies, age verification, and other event-specific eligibility criteria. PMFTC/AAI and the Legal Age Meeting Place partner/event organizer reserve the right to limit attendance once event capacity has been reached.

(d) PMFTC/AAI and the Legal Age Meeting Place partner/event organizer reserve the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel any Curious X event at its sole discretion and without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

(a) Customers are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and incidental expenses associated with attending any Curious X event unless otherwise expressly stated by PMFTC/AAI.

(b) Customer must comply with all event rules, venue policies, and applicable laws and regulations.

(c) Failure to comply with event requirements may result in denial of access or removal from the event.

7. General Conditions

(a) The REMIX Badge has no cash value and may not be exchanged, sold, transferred, or converted into cash or other benefits.

(b) PMFTC/AAI and the Legal Age Meeting Place partner/event organizer reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Customer and to revoke access where fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions is identified.

(c) Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as may be amended by PMFTC/AAI.
