The IQOS Keys - Remix with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise smoke or use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).
I. GENERAL
1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.
2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to proven fraudulent or illegal activity with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.
3. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.
4. Government Warning: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. This is for use only by adults and is not recommended for use by nonsmokers.
II. AGE VERIFICATION
1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before PMFTC products can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs are acceptable as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID

Mechanics
IQOS Keys - Remix
1. Eligibility/Who can avail:
(a) The offer is for Customers that have a valid IQOS.com account.
(b) The offer is for Customers who will buy an eligible IQOS device for the first time. Eligible IQOS devices include:
a. IQOS ILUMA i Remix Limited Edition
b. IQOS ILUMA i One Remix Limited Edition
(c) The offer is only to open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above.
2. Duration of the Program and Where to avail:
(a) Offer period is from August 13, 2026 – December 31, 2026 only.
(b) The offer could be redeemed through the following:
a. Official IQOS Stores
b. IQOS.com
c. Lighter’s Galore
3. Specific Terms of the Offer:
(a) This offer makes use of an IQOS Key which serves as and is equivalent to an IQOS voucher. To use this voucher, the customer must present and surrender the physical IQOS Key to the store clerk present at any of the abovementioned redemption channels.
(b)This voucher entitles an adult consumer purchasing their first eligible IQOS device to the applicable benefit under the Offer:
a. Customers purchasing an IQOS Remix Limited Edition device shall receive a free K8 TWS Portable Bluetooth Speaker.
(c) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, but customers who avail of this offer are also eligible to receive the starter kit of 2 free TEREA packs.
