The TEREA SUSTAINABILITY PROMO 2025 with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”). 

ANNEX A
MECHANICS

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail: 

(a) Customers can avail of the TEREA Sustainability Promo if they have a linked ILUMA device in their IQOS account

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:

(a) Offer period is from December 15, 2025 – December 31, 2026 only. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

(b) Promo will only be available in the following IQOS Stores. See Schedule 1 for addresses of these stores:

b. IQOS Boutique Store Bonifacio High Street
c. IQOS Boutique Store SM Mall of Asia
d. IQOS Boutique Store SM Southmall
e. IQOS Boutique Store Estancia Mall

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

(a) Eligible customers will be able to avail the offer in selected IQOS Stores only

(b) The TEREA Sustainability Promo allows eligible users to surrender used TEREA sticks to get a P250 IQOS Voucher.

(c) Used TEREA sticks will need to be placed inside the Sustainability pouch that’s distributed in participating IQOS stores. A photo of the pouch can be seen in Schedule 2. Used TEREA sticks that are not inside this designated pouch will not be accepted.

(d) Sustainability pouches will be given for free in participating IQOS Stores for every purchase of 2 reams of TEREA.

(e) Used TEREA sticks inside the designated pouch will be weighed upon being surrendered in participating IQOS Stores. In order to avail of the promotion, the content should meet the minimum weight requirement of at least 100g or the equivalent weight of approximately 200 used TEREA sticks (1 ream). Customers will not be allowed to add anything else inside the pouch aside from TEREA sticks. TEREA packs cannot be included inside the pouch. If there are other items inside the pouch, including but not limited to, TEREA packs, stones, etc, the pouch will not be accepted.

(f) If surrendered sustainability pouch meets the minimum weight requirement, eligible customer can avail of the P250 IQOS Voucher which can be used for any TEREA purchase in any IQOS Store nationwide.

(g) If the weight of the sustainability pouch is higher than 100g, the pouch will be accepted but only 1 promo code will be given.

(h) Each customer can only redeem this promotion once per month regardless of the total weight of the pouch or the number of pouches surrendered. If, for example, a customer surrenders a total of 2 sustainability pouches in a month, only 1 promo code will be given.

(i) This Offer cannot be combined with other IQOS promotions.

(j) The voucher is not transferrable and not convertible to cash.

(k) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI and/or authorized third party service providers of PMFTC Inc. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

6. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this terms and conditions, including the mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers availing the Offer agree and confirm the following:

  • that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
  • that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
  • that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
  • that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
