The IQOS CLUB EXCLUSIVE LIMITED EDITION ISABEL SANTOS KIT PROMO 2026 with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

ANNEX A
MECHANICS

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail:

(a) Customers can avail of the IQOS CLUB EXCLUSIVE LIMITED EDITION ISABEL SANTOS KIT PROMO 2026 if they fulfill all parameters below:

a. Made 2 referrals* from June 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
b. Has a linked ILUMA i device
c. Purchase history from June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 is from an IQOS Store in NCR or registered delivery address in IQOS Account is in NCR

(b) There will be 20 IQOS CLUB members who will be pre-selected based on eligibility parameters above. Selection will be made at random, as long as all the eligibility parameters are fulfilled

*Referral pertains to participation in the IQOS Refer a Friend program. A customer made a referral if his referral code was used by another legal aged user to purchase an IQOS device

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:

(a) Offer period is from February 9 – 28, 2026 only. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

(b) Promo will only be available in IQOS Store Glorietta. See Schedule 1 for addresses of this store.

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

(a) Eligible IQOS CLUB members will be notified via call and email that they have been selected to receive a limited edition Isabel Santos kit. Limited edition Isabel Santos Kit will include the following. Photo of the inclusions of the kit will be seen in Schedule 2:

a. Isabel Santos tote bag (1pc)
b. Hand-painted ILUMA i Prime wrap (1pc)
c. ILUMA i Prime device (1pc)
d. IQOS Key (1pc)

(b) Eligible members will be asked to claim their limited edition Isabel Santos kit in IQOS Store Glorietta only from February 9 – 28, 2026 only. In the event that he/she cannot go to IQOS Store in Glorietta, his/her prize will be forfeited.

(c) There are no required transactions or purchases to redeem the limited edition Isabel Santos Kit. As long as the eligible CLUB member received an email or a call from IQOS Philippines, he/she may proceed to IQOS Store Glorietta to claim the reward.

(d) In order to claim their reward, eligible IQOS CLUB member needs to show the email that he/she received from IQOS Philippines that states that he/she was selected to claim a limited edition Isabel Santos kit, with a unique promo code. Eligible CLUB member who fails to show this email, despite receiving a call from our Customer Care, will forfeit the reward.

(e) This offer is exclusive to the 20 Eligible IQOS CLUB members. The limited edition Isabel Santos Kit is not for sale and cannot be claimed if you are not one of the 20 pre-selected IQOS CLUB members who fulfill the eligibility parameters.

(f) This Offer cannot be combined with other IQOS promotions.

(g) Prizes are not transferrable and not convertible to cash.

(h) In case of suspicious, illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to the use of the discount code or activities related to the Offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI and/or authorized third party service providers of PMFTC Inc. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the Offer are disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

6. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this terms and conditions, including the mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers availing the Offer agree and confirm the following:

  • that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
  • that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
  • that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
  • that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
