Terms & Conditions

The IQOS.COM ILUMA i REMIX Offer 2026 with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

I. GENERAL

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores, IQOS.com, ZYN.com, IQOS Official Stores in Shopee and Lazada are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI and/or authorized third party service providers of PMFTC Inc.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

3. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

5. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

II. AGE VERIFICATION

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

III. AGE VERIFICATION

1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this terms and conditions, including the mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers availing the Program agree and confirm the following:

  • that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Program; 
  • that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein; 
  • that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Program; 
  • that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.

4. PMFTC/AAI will not be liable to the Customer for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Program.

ANNEX A
MECHANICS

1. Eligibility/Who can avail:

  • Customers with a valid IQOS.com account.

2. Duration of the Program and Where to avail:

  • August 10, 2026 – October 31, 2026

3. Qualifying Product of the Offer: IQOS ILUMA i REMIX Kit

4. Specific Terms of the Offer:

a. Buy an IQOS ILUMA i REMIX Kit (“Qualifying Product”) and use voucher code [IQOSREMIX] at checkout to receive 1 free REMIX Studio Collection – Carry Om Mala Charm Max (“Free Gift”).

b. The Free Gift will only be added to the order and visible at checkout when the valid voucher code is applied.

c. The voucher code is valid for one-time use only per Customer.

d. Once the voucher code has been successfully redeemed, the Customer will no longer be eligible to redeem the same Offer again, regardless of the quantity purchased in the initial transaction.

e. Only 211 units of the REMIX Studio Collection – Carry Om Mala Charm Max are allocated for this Offer, this will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. When all 211 units have been fully redeemed, no further quantities will be awarded, regardless of voucher availability or qualifying purchases.

f. The REMIX Studio Collection – Carry Om Mala Charm Max is not for sale and may only be availed of through this exclusive promotion. It is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
