- PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.
- PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.
- PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before items can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.
1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
2. LAC in the Offer agree and confirm the following:
a. that he/she is a legal-age smoker or user of other nicotine products, 18 years old or above;
b. that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
c. that he/she agrees to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
d. that he/she agrees to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby releases and discharges PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that he/she may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.

The Customer understands that they are entitled to certain rights in relation to the personal data collected, including the right to access, correct, and object to the processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint before the National Privacy Commission of violation of your right as a data subject consistent with Philip Morris International’s Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer
5. By participating in the Offer, the LAC acknowledges and agrees to grant PMFTC Inc. and/or its authorized service providers the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture his/her likeness and any statement or testimonial, oral or written, in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or any payment to the LAC. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to use or disseminate the media.
