7-ELEVEN Free Packs Promo Terms & Conditions

I. GENERAL

1. The 7-Eleven Free Packs Promo with details provided in Sections II and III below is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old (as of the date of his/her participation in the Promo) and above residing in the Philippines (“Customer”) who otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products.

2. The Promo can be availed only in select 7-ELEVEN stores in National Capital Region (NCR). Refer to Section IV below for reference on the store breakdown (“Store List”). The mentioned retail partners are considered official distributors of the Bonds by IQOS and IQOS Originals One Device.

3. The Promo period of the 7-ELEVEN Free Packs Promo is from March 25, 2023 until supplies last.

4. PMFTC reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the promo.

5. Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts to participate in the promo are disqualified. PMFTC reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.

6. PMFTC reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

7. PMFTC reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

9. By participating in the Promo, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. II. MECHANICS

1. A legal adult consumer (Customer) who will purchase their first Bonds by IQOS and/or IQOS Originals One device or does not have a linked IQOS device is eligible to participate in the Promo.

2. The Promo scheme is an offer wherein the shopper gets 3 free packs of Blends of LAS’ choice when she or he purchases & registers his or her first Bonds by IQOS device and/or 3 free packs of HEETS of LAS’s choice when she or she purchases & registers his or her first IQOS Originals One device

3. The Promo can only be availed once during the first-time registration of his or her Bonds by IQOS device and/or IQOS Originals One device.

4. Only Customers who have opted-in to receiving marketing communications will be able to receive the IQOS-related promo communications.

5. To facilitate the purchase in any of the mentioned 7-ELEVEN store, Customer must present any of the following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.

III. OTHERS

1. All decisions of PMFTC and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers in the Promo agree and confirm the following:

• that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Promo;
• that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
• that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Promo;
• that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
