What is the difference between cigarettes and BLENDS?
Cigarettes burn tobacco, reaching high temperatures, and producing ash and smoke with high levels of harmful chemicals.
On the contrary, BONDS by IQOS heats tobacco instead of burning it. Heating and not burning means no smoke and no ash.
Note, that cigarettes cannot be used with BONDS by IQOS device, and BLENDS tobacco sticks cannot be lit with a match or a lighter.
Do BLENDS tobacco sticks contain nicotine?
Yes, BLENDS tobacco sticks contain nicotine, which is addictive.
Nicotine is naturally present in the tobacco used in BLENDS. It is released in the vapor that is generated when BONDS by IQOS is used.
What does the BLENDS tobacco sticks contain?
BLENDS tobacco stick contains tobacco, glycerin, water, and flavorings.
Why BLENDS’ taste is different from that of cigarettes?
What you experience with BLENDS is the taste of a real tobacco, which is heated, but not burned.
By heating the tobacco, instead of burning it, the taste released is less harsh than what you are used to with a cigarette. That’s why BLENDS’ taste is different.
The taste is different, and you shouldn’t compare it with the taste of cigarettes.
Can I remove BLENDS tobacco stick while the device is ON?
Yes. If you remove the tobacco stick during the use, the heating process will not stop automatically and will continue heating.
To stop the session, switch the device OFF by pressing the Button for 2 seconds.
What to do if I cannot insert the BLENDS tobacco stick in the device?
If you experience any difficulties inserting the BLENDS tobacco stick to your BONDS by IQOS device, please, check the following:
- Check if you are using the BLENDS tobacco stick and not any other product.
- Check if there are any remnants inside the heating chamber. Remove the remnants and try to insert the stick again.
- Check if you insert the stick in the right direction. Insert the BLENDS tobacco stick to the line on filter making sure BLENDS logo is visible once it is fully inserted.
