TERMS & CONDITIONS: TOGETHER.X A MANO™ PIZZA OFFER
I. GENERAL
- The TOGETHER.X A MANO™ PIZZA OFFER (“Offer”) is open to the following “Customers” who are:
i. Legal Age Users (as of July 14, 2023) with active IQOS account and a *selected member of IQOS Club; - IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC"). The online store of IQOS.com is operated by Active Asia Inc. (or "AAI"), and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS.com. This Offer is being carried out by PMFTC in cooperation with AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC.
- The Offer period is from July 14, 2023 until August 31, 2023 last. The Offer is redeemable only by Customers who receive an eCRM Email or SMS send of the Offer, specific to the *selected IQOS Club LAUs. The number of digital vouchers are based on the total number of *selected IQOS Club LAUs (373 users). PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.
- The number of FREE a mano™ Pizza Vouchers are subject only to the *selected number of 373 IQOS Club Members who are considered “Customers”. The Customer is entitled to be given only one (1) voucher for the entire Offer period.
*Selected – Those IQOS Club LAUs who successfully waitlisted under the TOGETHER.X IQOS ANNIVERSARY Events, but unsuccessfully RSVP-ed (LAUs: 373) - PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.
- Customers using multiple IQOS.com accounts will only be entitled to redeem using one account only. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.
- PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend, or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious fraudulent, or illegal activity.
- Should a scenario occur wherein an individual has multiple IQOS accounts, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to allow only one redemption for one account per day of the Offer.
- PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

II. MECHANICS
- The TOGETHER.X A MANO™ PIZZA OFFER is a limited time offer wherein selected* IQOS Club Members receive a FREE a mano™ Pizza Voucher made available via eCRM send out to their IQOS Club email or SMS.
- The TOGETHER.X A MANO™ PIZZA OFFER is redeemable only by Customers who receive an eCRM Email or SMS send out of the Offer, with the following eligibility requirements:
a. Adult smokers at least 18 years old (as of July 14, 2023) and above residing in the Philippines;
b. Legal Age Users (LAUs) with active IQOS account and a *selected member of IQOS Club;
- The FREE a mano™ Pizza Voucher from the OFFER can be availed by Customers only via in-store dine-in, pick-up, or delivery (within metro manila only), from July 14 – August 31 2023, and with the following eligibility requirements:
a. Adult smokers at least 18 years old (as of July 14, 2023) and above residing in the Philippines;
b. Legal Age Users with active IQOS account and a *selected member of IQOS Club; - Registered members of IQOS.com refers to accounts that have passed the IQOS.com’s soft-age verification and have agreed that the data they provide will be used in accordance with IQOS privacy notice.
III. OTHERS
- All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and their respective agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
- Customers in the Offer agree and/or confirm the following:
i. That you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of July 14, 2023;
ii. That you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
iii. That you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
iv. That you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, their respective affiliates, and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused. - If you have any questions, feel free to contact IQOS Customer Care at Facebook.com/ph.iqos, contact.ph@iqos.com or at #983838.
- Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability:
a. PMFTC Inc. and its authorized service providers shall not be liable for any illness that may arise from the Participant’s willful consumption of the food from the Offer.
b. Except as required by law, neither PMFTC Inc. nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Offer or other aspect related thereto or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
c. The Participant agrees to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC Inc. its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that the Participant may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are.
