Terms and Conditions: IQOS Accessories 2024 Special Offer

I. OFFER

The “IQOS Accessories 2024 Special Offer” entitles Customers (defined in the Mechanics below) to receive free random IQOS accessory/accessories for every HEETS ream purchased from IQOS.com only.

The Offer period is from February 15, 2024 until supplies last.

II. MECHANICS

1. Who can avail of the Offer?
   To avail of and be eligible for the Offer:
   a. The customer should be a legal age smokers 18 years old and above, residing in the National Capital Region and selected municipalities, Philippines, and who would otherwise continue to use tobacco or nicotine-containing products (“Customers”) and
   b. The Customer should have a linked IQOS DUO device (IQOS 3 DUO or IQOS Originals DUO) and no IQOS IUMA Prime, IQOS ILUMA or IQOS ILUMA One device linked or purchase in their account. Customers may choose not to avail of the Offer even if eligible.
2. The Customer will receive a free random IQOS accessory for every HEETS ream purchase from IQOS.com until supplies last. IQOS accessories are subject to availability.
3. The Offer is only valid for HEETS ream purchased from IQOS.com and can only be combined with the Employee Referral Program, Refer A Friend Program, Trade-in Program, and IQOS CLUB promotions (Status Upgrade, Birthday, Anniversary).
4. To redeem the Offer when transacting in IQOS.com, Customer should be logged-in and add at least 1 HEETS ream (any variant) to the cart and checkout.
5. Subject to availability, a Customer can only claim the free accessory up to a maximum of 9 pieces throughout the Offer period, either in a single transaction purchase of 5 HEETS reams or total 5 HEETS reams bought in separate transactions.
6. For transactions via IQOS.com, Customer will be subject to age verification process where he/she will be required to present a valid Government Issued ID during delivery fulfillment.
7. In case of suspicious, illegal, or fraudulent activities with respect to the redemption of the offer, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account or cancel the transaction.
8. To facilitate the purchase and delivery from IQOS.com, Customer must present any of the following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.
9. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:
   a. Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification
   b. Copy of a valid government issued ID of Customer for identity check and age verification
   c. Signed authorization letter stating that the Customer is authorizing the representative to receive the item/s and order reference number.
   The courier will not be able to fulfil the delivery if any of the above-required documents are not presented.
10. For deliveries, the courier will communicate and coordinate details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that offer same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card, normal refund process will be followed:
    For credit card transactions:
    a. For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times
    b. For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times
    You may check the status of your refund with your issuing bank.
11. PMFTC and/or its authorized representative will verify the identity and age of each Customer. Customers who fail to pass the verification procedure (e.g. age non-eligibility) shall be informed that they are not eligible to avail of the Offer.

IV. DELIVERY (for IQOS.com online store): Delivery is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in IQOS.com.

V. GENERAL

1. IQOS Stores are operated by ActivAsia Inc. (or "AAI"). IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC"). The online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers. This Offer is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products.
2. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer and/or redemption period if circumstances so warrant.
3. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.
4. Customers who use multiple IQOS.com accounts or IQOS accounts to participate in the Offer will be disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any Customer if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.
5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS Club, IQOS.com and or IQOS account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity.
6. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke this Offer without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC/AAI’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.
7. The IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.
8. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
9. Customers participating in the Offer agree and confirm the following:
   a. that you are a legal-age smoker, 18 years old or above as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer;
   b. that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
   c. that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
   d. that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.

11. Devices bought by Customer using IQOS Store vouchers, special offers or through promotional activities are non-refundable.
12. PMFTC will not be liable to the Customers for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Offer.
