Terms and Conditions
I. PROGRAM MECHANICS
A. Definition of Terms:
1. Gifter / LAU– A customer who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above, resides in the Philippines, and with a successfully registered IQOS device or with a registered IQOS.com account
2. Non-smoker Gifter – A customer who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above, resides in the Philippines, and is a non-smoker. Customers buying from IQOS.com and select IQOS Spaces (Cebu Airport T1, Solaire Casino, Newport Casino) cannot be a non-smoker or non-nicotine product users.
3. Giftee - A customer who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above, resides in the Philippines, and a smoker who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products
B. Gifter and Non-smoker Gifter are allowed to avail any of the following options (“Gift Kits”) to give their desired Giftee:
1. IQOS ILUMA Prime Gift Kit – priced at Php5,690, this kit includes IQOS ILUMA Prime Device Kit, Terea Taste Discovery Starter Kit, a gift guide card, a voucher card, and a dedication card
2. IQOS ILUMA Gift Kit – priced at Php2,990, this kit includes IQOS ILUMA Device Kit, Terea Taste Discovery Starter Kit, a gift guide card, a voucher card, and a dedication card
3. IQOS ILUMA One Gift Kit – priced at Php1,690, this kit includes IQOS ILUMA One Device Kit, Terea Taste Discovery Starter Kit, a gift guide card, a voucher card, and a dedication card
C. The Gift Kits may be availed in IQOS.com and select IQOS Spaces (Cebu Airport Terminal 1, Solaire Casino, and Newport Casino) from December 7, 2023-January 9, 2024, and in any participating IQOS Stores (from December 1, 2023-January 9, 2024):

D. What are the steps for the Gifter to avail of the offer?
D.1. If the Gifter is an LAU (scenario for IQOS Stores, IQOS.com, IQOS Spaces):
1. Verification of Gifter
(a) For IQOS Stores & IQOS Spaces: The IQOS Store Sales Expert and IQOS Coach must confirm the age of the Gifter via face-to-face verification. In case of doubt as to the age of the customer, the customer must present any of the following valid Government Issued IDs (“GIIDs”) as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.
Gifter must show IQOS account with successfully registered IQOS device or with a registered IQOS.com account as verification of eligibility to the Offer.
(b) For IQOS.com: The Gifter must be at least soft age verified upon entering IQOS.com, confirming that they are at least 18 years old and are a smoker who would otherwise continue to smoke or user of other nicotine products, and should at least have a fully registered IQOS.com account before proceeding with their transaction.
2. Gifter must choose preferred Gift Kit/s to avail for his/her Giftee. For IQOS.com transactions, Gifter must input the Promo Code (GIFTIQOS) in the promo section of the checkout page of IQOS.com. The Promo Code can be used up to 4 times per customer during the offer period (December 7, 2023-January 9, 2024), subject to the product quantity limit of a maximum of 4 devices purchased per quarter as set in the General Terms & Conditions of Sale.
3. Gifter must sign an Agreement Form, prior to the in-store/in-person purchase or upon order delivery of the preferred Gift Kit/s, where he/she confirms the following:
(a) Gifter agrees that “the sale, distribution, or purchase of IQOS device to or for a minor is prohibited under the law.”
(b) Gifter undertakes that he/she will give the Gift Kit only to a person who is at least 18 years old and a smoker who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products.
(c) Gifter understands that IQOS Iluma device in the Gift Kit shall be initially linked to his/her own IQOS account and should advise Giftee to visit IQOS store or contact CSC for account registration so that device will be unlinked from his account and transferred to Giftee’s own account.
(d) Gifter authorizes participating IQOS Stores or Customer Care to unlink the IQOS Iluma device in the Gift Kit from his/her IQOS account when the Giftee has chosen his/her preferred manner of account registration and device linking.
(e) Gifter consents to the processing of personal data as prescribed in PMI’s Consumer Privacy Notice
4. For Gift Kit transactions via IQOS.com, Gifter will be subject to age verification process where he/she will be required to present a valid Government Issued ID during delivery fulfilment. To facilitate the purchase and delivery from IQOS.com, Customer must present any of the following valid Government Issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.
5. In cases where Customer cannot accept the delivery, an authorized representative who is at least eighteen (18) years old and above can claim on behalf of the Customer provided the following documents are presented to the courier:
(a) Valid government issued ID of representative for identity check and age verification
(b) Copy of a valid government issued ID of Customer for identity check and age verification
(c) Signed authorization letter stating that the Customer is authorizing the representative to receive the item/s and order reference number.
The courier will not be able to fulfil the delivery if any of the above-required documents are not presented.
6. Upon signing the Agreement Form and purchase of the preferred Gift Kit/s, the Gifter will be handed the applicable Gift Kit with the following inclusions.

7. Gifter will receive a free gift from the participating IQOS Store where he/she availed of the chosen Gift Kit, or a Php 200 IQOS Gift Voucher upon delivery for Gift Kit/s ordered on IQOS.com or from purchases in IQOS Spaces. Free gift or the Php 200 IQOS Gift Voucher shall be subject to availability and only until supplies last.
8. Upon receiving the Php 200 IQOS Gift Voucher, the Gifter will be given and will need to sign an acknowledgement receipt. The Php 200 IQOS Gift Voucher is valid for redemption on any IQOS product (except for IQOS ILUMA Prime Kit, IQOS ILUMA Prime Holder, and IQOS ILUMA Prime Charger) with at least Php 500 minimum cart amount, and is only redeemable on IQOS.com from December 7, 2023 to February 29, 2024. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the redemption period if circumstances so warrant.
9. Application of the Php 200 IQOS Gift Voucher does not include Starter Kit and cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions, or vouchers. The Promo Code (GIFTIQOS) and Php 200 IQOS Gift Voucher are transacted separately, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. PMFTC and/or its authorized representative will verify the identity and age of each Customer. Customers who fail to pass the verification procedure (e.g. age non-eligibility) shall be informed that they are not eligible to avail of the Offer.
11. DELIVERY (for IQOS.com online store): Delivery is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in IQOS.com. Please check here for more details: https://www.iqos.com/ph/en/terms-and-conditions.html
12. For deliveries, the courier will communicate and coordinate details, with delivery attempt at a maximum of two (2) times. A third delivery attempt will be available in selected cities that offer same/next day delivery; and can be arranged with an additional delivery fee that will be communicated in advance by AAI/courier, and to be confirmed by the Customer. In the event of failure to receive the delivery for credit card, normal refund process will be followed:
(a) For credit card transactions:
i. For Credit Cards issued locally: Refund will take up to 10 working days but also subject to issuing bank lead times
ii. For Credit Cards issued abroad: Refund will take up to 45 days, but also subject to issuing bank lead times
You may check the status of your refund with your issuing bank.
13. PMFTC and/or its authorized representative will verify the identity and age of each Customer. Customers who fail to pass the verification procedure (e.g. age non-eligibility) shall be informed that they are not eligible to avail of the Offer.
D.2. If the Gifter is a non-smoker (only applicable for IQOS Store purchases):
1. The IQOS Store Sales Expert must confirm the age of the Gifter via face-to-face verification. In case of doubt as to the age of the customer, the customer must present any of the following valid Government Issued IDs (“GIIDs”) as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.
2. Gifter must choose preferred Gift Kit/s to avail for his/her Giftee.
3. Prior to the purchase of the preferred Gift Kit/s, Gifter must sign an Agreement Form where he/she confirms the following:
(a) Gifter agrees that “the sale, distribution, or purchase of IQOS device to or for a minor is prohibited under the law.”
(b) Gifter undertakes that he/she will give the Gift Kit only to a person who is at least 18 years old and a smoker who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products.
(c) Gifter agrees that selected SKU (IQOS ILUMA Device, Color, Terea variant for TDSK) cannot be changed in case of change of mind.
4. Upon signing the Agreement Form and purchase of the preferred Gift Kit/s, the Gifter will be handed the applicable Gift Kit with the following inclusions.

5. The IQOS ILUMA Kit and Terea Taste Discovery Starter Kit can be redeemed by the Giftee at the same IQOS Store where the Gifter purchased the Gift Kit.
E. What are the steps for the Giftee to complete the journey?
E.1. If the Giftee received the Gift Kit from a Gifter (LAU) (scenario for IQOS Store, IQOS.com, and IQOS Spaces purchase):
1. Giftee will receive the Gift Kit from the Gifter.
2. Giftee must choose his/her preferred channel for account creation and device linking.
(a) Go to any participating IQOS Store.
(a.1) The IQOS Store Sales Expert must confirm the age of the Giftee via face-to-face verification. In case of doubt as to the age of the LAC, the LAC must present any of the following valid Government Issued IDs (“GIIDs”) as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.
(a.2) The IQOS Store Sales Expert must confirm that the Giftee is a smoker would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products.
(a.3) Giftee must present the physical Voucher Card that serves the following purposes: proof that he/she is a Giftee, authorization of the Gifter for device unlinking and scratch card for reward redemption.
(a.4) The IQOS Store Sales Expert shall provide product information and guided trial to the Giftee.
(a.5) After the completion of guided trial, IQOS Store Sales Expert must proceed with device unlinking using Gifter’s information on Voucher Card, new account creation for the Giftee, and device linking to Giftee’s own account.
(a.6) IQOS Store Sales Expert must brief the Giftee on IQOS Club benefits and exclusive programs.
(b) Call the IQOS Customer Care Hotline and receive assistance on account creation and device linking.
3. If the Giftee opts to visit preferred IQOS Store, he/she is entitled to a Php500 Off Voucher.
(a) The unique code is valid for one (1) redemption only.
(b) The Voucher is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
(c) The Voucher may be used on any available item except IQOS ILUMA Prime Kit, ILUMA Prime Holder, and ILUMA Prime Charger. If the total value of the Voucher is not used up, there will be no cash change given.
(d) The unique code for the Php500 Off Voucher is valid only on the day when device linking is done in any of the participating IQOS Stores. The unique code is forfeited if device linking is done through IQOS Customer Care.
(e) The IQOS Store Sales Expert must issue a Sales Invoice to the customer for the redemption of Php500 Off Voucher.
E.2. If the Giftee received the Gift Kit from a Non-smoker Gifter (scenario only applicable for IQOS Store purchases):
1. Giftee will receive the Gift Kit from the Non-smoker Gifter.
2. Giftee must choose his/her preferred channel for the redemption of IQOS ILUMA, account creation and device linking.
(a) Go to any participating IQOS Store.
(a.1) The IQOS Store Sales Expert must confirm the age of the Giftee via face-to-face verification. In case of doubt as to the age of the LAC, the LAC must present any of the following valid Government Issued IDs (“GIIDs”) as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter’s ID.
(a.2) The IQOS Store Sales Expert must confirm that the Giftee is a smoker would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products.
(a.3) Giftee must present the physical Voucher Card that serves the following purposes: proof that he/she is a Giftee and scratch card for reward redemption.
(a.4) The IQOS Store Sales Expert shall provide product information and guided trial to the Giftee.
(a.5) After the completion of guided trial, IQOS Store Sales Expert must proceed with new account creation and device linking.
(a.6) IQOS Store Sales Expert must brief the Giftee on IQOS Club benefits and exclusive programs.
3. The Giftee is entitled to a Php500 Off Voucher.
(a) The unique code is valid for one (1) redemption only.
(b) The Voucher is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
(c) The Voucher may be used on any available item except IQOS ILUMA Prime Kit, ILUMA Prime Holder, and ILUMA Prime Charger. If the total value of the Voucher is not used up, there will be no cash change given.
(d) The unique code for the Php500 Off Voucher is valid only if the device linking is done in any of the participating IQOS Stores. The unique code shall be forfeited if device linking is done through IQOS Customer Care.
(e) The IQOS Store Sales Expert must issue a Sales Invoice to the customer for the redemption of Php500 Off Voucher.
II. GENERAL
1. Gifting Program is an offer to provide legal-age customers with a relevant gifting solution with premium and curated IQOS experience for their adult smoker family and friends who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products.
2. The IQOS.com website may be subject to possible technical and system issues. We will provide the necessary notice to the Customers if such is the case.
3. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.
4. Gifters participating in the offer agree and confirm the following:
a. that he/she is a legal-age smoker or user of other nicotine products, 18 years old or above;
b. that he/she agrees to give the Gift Kit only to anyone who is at least 18 years old or above, and is a smoker or user of other nicotine products;
c. that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein;
d. that he/she agrees to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer;
e. that he/she agrees to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby releases and discharges PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that he/she may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.
5. IQOS.com, IQOS Spaces, and IQOS Stores are operated by ActivAsia Inc. (or "AAI"). IQOS Sales Experts and IQOS Coaches are employees of ActivAsia Inc. (or “AAI”). All orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS.com, IQOS Spaces, and IQOS Stores. This Offer is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products.
6. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.
7. Customers who use multiple IQOS.com accounts or IQOS accounts to participate in the Offer will be disqualified. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to disqualify any User if there is any evidence of fraud or irregularities in his/her participation in the Offer.
8. PMFTC (or AAI in coordination with PMFTC) reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Gifter or Giftee’s IQOS CLUB, IQOS.com, or IQOS account due to suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
9. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s or AAI’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues /connectivity, pandemic or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

11. Devices bought by Customer using IQOS.com, IQOS Store, or IQOS Space vouchers, special offers or through promotional activities are non-refundable.
12. PMFTC will not be liable to the Gifter or Giftee for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Offer.

15. By participating in the Offer, the Gifter and Giftee confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer.
