Direct Retail Father’s Day Delight Terms & Conditions

I. GENERAL

1. Direct Retail Father’s Day Delight (“Offer”) is open to the following (“Customers”) who are:

a. Legal age smokers who would otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products residing in the Philippines; and

b. IQOS device owners and IQOS.com account owners; or

c. New and current followers of IQOS Philippines Facebook page; or

d. New and Current members of IQOS PH Viber Community; and

e. With any single receipt purchase of any IQOS product from IQOS Store.

2. The Offer is only redeemable in select IQOS Stores nationwide (except ETON). IQOS Stores are owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc (“PMFTC”). IQOS Stores are operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS. This Offer is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products

3. The Offer Period shall be on June 18, 2023 or until supplies last and is limited to one (1) redemption per Customer during the Offer Period, and only for those who, with any single receipt purchase requirement, can show proof of IQOS.com account ownership, IQOS Philippines Facebook page following, or Viber Community Membership upon redemption. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

4. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic, or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

II. MECHANICS

1. The Direct Retail Father’s Day Delight is an exclusive offer that gives Customers one (1) free bottled coffee in select IQOS Stores and only redeemable only on June 18, 2023, until supplies last. Bottled coffee may be obtained by doing the following:

a. By being an IQOS device owner and IQOS.com account owner

b. By being a follower of IQOS Philippines Facebook page and seeing the post with the mechanics; or

c. By being a member of the IQOS PH Viber™ Community and seeing the IQOS PH Viber™ Community post with the mechanics; and

d. Having any single receipt purchase of any IQOS product from IQOS store.

2. The Offer can only be availed by Customers with the following eligibility requirements:

a. Legal age smokers who would otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products residing in the Philippines; and

b. IQOS device owners and IQOS.com account owners; or

c. New and current followers of IQOS Philippines Facebook page; or

d. New and Current members of IQOS PH Viber Community; and

e. With any single receipt purchase from IQOS Store 

3. The Bottled coffee will come in different flavors. Eligible Customers can select a flavor subject to the store’s stock availability and redeem one (1) free bottled Coffee only.

4. To receive the bottled coffee, the Customer shall visit a participating IQOS Store on June 18, 2023, Father’s Day , and must present the following:

a. proof that they follow IQOS Philippines Facebook page; or 

b. proof that they are a Viber Community member; and

c. single receipt purchase from IQOS stores; and

d. any of the following valid government-issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearm License, NBI Clearance Card, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or Voter’s ID.

5. If the customer cannot show any of the proof required, they are not eligible to redeem the free bottled coffee.

6. The Offer is redeemable in select IQOS Stores Nationwide. The list of participating IQOS Stores are as follows:

7. Upon receipt of the free bottled coffee, customers must fill up the Acknowledgment Form stating that they received the free bottled coffee in good condition.

8. The consumption of the bottled coffee inside of the IQOS Store or Designated Vaping Area is subject to each area’s rules and regulations. Customers are responsible for adhering to these rules and regulations and must consume their Coffee responsibly.

9. The free bottled coffee is not transferable and not convertible to cash.

10. In cases where the Customer is unable to personally claim the Coffee, no authorized representatives shall be allowed to claim on their behalf.

III. OTHERS

1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:

a. that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of June 18, 2023. 

b. that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein. 

c. that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer. 

d. that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.

3. PMFTC will not be liable to the Member for any taxes, costs, liabilities or expenses that may arise from this Offer.

4. By redeeming the Offer and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Customer also confirm his/her consent to Philip Morris International’s Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer. 

5.
