Direct Retail Accessory Offer Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

1. Direct Retail Accessory Offer (“Offer”) is open to the following Customers who are:

a. Adult smokers who would otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products residing in the Philippines; and

b. Registered members of IQOS.com

2. The Offer is only redeemable in participating IQOS Stores nationwide (except ETON). IQOS Stores are owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC"). IQOS Stores are operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS. This Offer is being carried out by AAI as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products.

3. The Offer Period shall be from September 15 to December 31, 2023, or until supplies last. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant: 

4. Customer must meet the following single receipt purchase requirement to receive the corresponding accessory freebie and shall be limited to a maximum of one (1) free accessory per single receipt purchase of HEETS from the participating IQOS Stores throughout the Offer Period: 

5. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the Offer.

6. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, cheating, a security breach or any anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, an event or disturbance outside of PMFTC’s control such as acts of God, civil or military events, catastrophes, technical issues/connectivity, pandemic, or war. Any changes to the Offer will be announced accordingly.

8. Should a scenario occur wherein an individual has multiple IQOS accounts, PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to allow only one redemption of the Offer.

 MECHANICS

1. The Direct Retail Accessory Offer is an exclusive offer that gives Customers a free IQOS accessory for every single receipt purchase of HEETS in any participating IQOS Stores nationwide (except ETON) and only redeemable from September 15 to December 31, 2023, or until supplies last. 

2. The Offer can only be availed by Customer with the following eligibility requirements:

a. Legal age smoker who would otherwise wish to continue to use tobacco or nicotine containing products residing in the Philippines; and 

b. Registered member of IQOS.com with an IQOS device linked to his account; and

c. Must meet the following single receipt purchase requirement to receive the corresponding accessory freebie during the Offer Period:

3. To receive the accessory freebie, the Customer shall visit a participating IQOS Store from September 15 to December 31, 2023, and must present the following: 

a. IQOS.com account; and

b. Single receipt purchase of HEETS from any participating IQOS Store; and

c. Any of the following valid government-issued IDs as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License, Firearm License, NBI Clearance Card, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or Voter’s ID. If the Customer cannot show any of the proof required, he/she shall not be eligible to redeem the accessory freebie.

4. Upon receipt of the accessory, Customers must fill up the Acknowledgment receipt stating that they received the item in good condition.

5. The Accessory freebie is not transferable and not convertible to cash.

6. In cases where the Customer is unable to personally claim the accessory, no authorized representatives shall be allowed to claim on their behalf.

OTHERS

1. All decisions of PMFTC and/or AAI and its agents in all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this mechanics are final, and no objections and/or appeals thereon will be entertained.

2. Customers in the Offer agree and confirm the following:

a. that you are a legal-age smoker at least 18 years old or above as of September 15, 2023. 

b. that you have read and understood the terms and conditions detailed herein. 

c. that you agree to follow the applicable mechanics of the Offer. 

d. that you agree to assume all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release and discharge PMFTC and/or AAI, its affiliates and all other persons and entities connected with the Offer from any liability for, or any claims that may arise in respect of, any and all property losses and/or injuries whatsoever that you may sustain, no matter how any such property losses and/or injuries are caused.

3. PMFTC will not be liable to the Customer for any taxes, costs, liabilities, or expenses that may arise from this Offer.

4. By redeeming the Offer and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Customer also confirms his/her consent to Philip Morris International’s Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer. 

5. The Customer understands that they are entitled to certain rights in relation to the personal data collected, including the right to access, correct, and object to the processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint before the National Privacy Commission of violation of your right as a data subject consistent with Philip Morris International’s Consumer Privacy Notice https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer.

6. By participating in the Offer, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to grant PMFTC Inc. and/or its authorized service providers the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture his/her likeness and any statement or testimonial, oral or written, in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or any payment to the Participant. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to use or disseminate the media.
