I've referred my friends to IQOS using my Refer-a-friend code, but I have not received my referral voucher yet. 

Your referral vouchers will be sent to your registered email within 48 hours after the IQOS device of your referral is registered to his/her IQOS account. If in case won't receive the voucher after 48 hours, please contact IQOS Customer Care on Facebook.
