myIQOS

This program completely replaces the Care Plus program from 15/11/2022.

Duration

The duration of myIQOS programme according the country of purchase is following: 
Czech Republic: 12 months from the date of purchase

What myIQOS covers:

  • Enjoy the myIQOS benefits for free (no fees will be charged). 
  • One free replacement during the first 12 months from purchase of the IQOS holder and one free IQOS pocket charger replacement in the case of physical damage (for IQOS ILUMA Prime and IQOS ILUMA) and one free replacement in the case of physical damage to an IQOS VEEV and IQOS ILUMA One.
  • In the case of malfunctioning, free door-to-door (courier) replacement service. 
  • 24/7 assistance on foreign trips. 
  • In the event of device failure abroad, we ensure quick and free replacement anywhere in the world where international assistance is available. 

You automatically attain these myIQOS benefits if you register yourself and your device on www.IQOS.com or at an IQOS brand store.

CARE PLUS

On devices assigned to registered the customer's profile until 14.11. 2022 inclusive, applies CARE PLUS.

Duration

The duration of Care Plus programme according the country of purchase is following: 
Czech Republic: 24 months from the date of purchase.

What Care Plus covers:

  • Enjoy the Care Plus benefits for free (no fees will be charged). 
  • One free replacement during the first 24 months from purchase of the IQOS holder and one free IQOS pocket charger replacement in the case of physical damage (for IQOS heated tobacco devices) and one free replacement in the case of physical damage to an IQOS VEEV.
  • In the case of malfunctioning, free door-to-door (courier) replacement service. 
  • 24/7 assistance on foreign trips (for IQOS heated tobacco devices).
