Log in to your account on IQOS.com or call the Customer Care team. Choose your flavours and how many TEREA/LEVIA bundles or ZYN cans/VEEV pods you’d like and select your delivery frequency. Choose from 2 weeks/4 weeks/8 weeks (with a maximum of 10 bundles for TEREA/LEVIA and a maximum of 20 cans/pods for ZYN/VEEV.)
You’ll then need to enter your payment details and accept the terms and conditions. Don’t forget to show proof of ID to receive your first IQOS.com Subscription.
Unfortunately, no. You can only have one IQOS.com Subscription set up at any one time.
No, there is no fixed commitment period for IQOS.com Subscription. It is simply an ongoing delivery arrangement, which you can skip, edit or cancel up to 3 days before your next delivery date (we cannot update your subscription after this as your order will already be in the process of being shipped).

Yes, we know your plans can change, and you might not be able to receive your next delivery as scheduled. You will always be able to skip a delivery – just go to the top of your dashboard, where the details about your next delivery are shown.
You can skip delivery for up to a maximum of 90 days. Once your designated deliveries have been skipped, your service will then automatically resume as planned, based on your current Standard Order and schedule.
Please note:
If your request is after the Cut-Off Date for your next delivery (which means it is already in the process of being shipped), it will still be delivered on schedule, and you will be charged as normal. You will be able to skip the following delivery.
It’s your choice. You can pay for your IQOS.com Subscription by Credit/Debit card and Paypal and you can change your payment details as and when you want to.
If the payment details you have on file have expired we will place your subscription on hold and notify you via email that the payment has failed and request you to update your payment information.
If your details aren’t correct when we process your order for delivery, and the payment fails, you’ll need to use another way to pay before we can send your order.
We take your payment according to the delivery frequency you've selected and process the payment when your order is being prepared for shipping, which is on or around the Cut-Off Date.
If you change your delivery date, your payment date will change accordingly.
You can check your next delivery dates, and Cut-Off Date for each order, when you log into your account and view your dashboard under "My Subscription".
Any changes you make to quantities, types of products, and possibly even flavours, might change the price of your recurring delivery.
If there are changes to shipping costs, we’ll tell you before we take any extra payments from you.
You can easily customize your Standard Order to increase it up to a maximum of 10 bundles of either TEREA or LEVIA.
You can also decrease your Standard Order to a minimum of 1 bundles per subscription delivery.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched for delivery, it’ll be added to the “My Orders” section of your account.
We’ll also email you your order details, so you can track your delivery with the shipping provider.
If your delivery hasn’t arrived for any reason, we’ll let you know why your order couldn't be shipped to you.
If there's a problem with your payment, we will send you 3 payment reminders, if we still cannot take the payment then we will need to cancel your subscription, and you'll need to set up a new subscription order with updated payment details.
If you need any further support about your delivery reach out to our Customer Care team who are here for you 7 days a week.
Where the delivery address is no longer current, or contains an error, you will also need to create a new subscription order with your up-to-date delivery address.
In the unlikely event that one of our products is temporarily out-of-stock, your entire delivery will be skipped for the next order based on your selected subscription frequency until we can successfully ship your order in full. In this case, we will be sure to inform you of any delays as soon as possible.
You can cancel your IQOS.com Subscription up to 3 days before your next delivery date (we cannot cancel your subscription after this cut-off date as your order will already be in the process of being shipped). You won’t have to pay any cancellation fee.
If you cancel after the cut-off date for changes to your next scheduled delivery, this order will still be delivered, and you’ll still be charged.
Your subscription will then be cancelled, and you won’t have any future payments to make. Any points you’ve earned will stay in your IQOS CLUB account.
Please note:
You will not be able to return any unopened bundles of TEREA/LEVIA unless they are faulty or damaged, in this case you will be able to do so in line with our standard returns and refunds policy – contact Customer Care via live chat for more information.
You can’t transfer your IQOS.com Subscription or give it to someone else.
Unfortunately, you cannot reactivate your IQOS.com Subscription. You'll need to set up a new subscription order.
