IQOS, VEEV AND ZYN SUBSCRIPTION
Terms and Conditions
This subscription program is run by Philip Morris Limited, which is part of the Philip Morris International group and has offices at 10 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP. When we say “we” or “us”, we mean Philip Morris Limited.
Subscription is an inclusive part of the Customer Care services we provide to registered users of the IQOS device, or the VEEV vaping device, or the ZYN nicotine pouches. The rules for subscription include:
these rules listed here;
any schedules hereto;
our Privacy Notice;
any other information we send you in writing, like emails, texts or information on our website and the IQOS.com or ZYN.com portal.
All together, these are called the “Terms”. They explain how subscription works and how your personal information is used.
1. Eligibility
To create and maintain a subscription you must accept these Terms and:
Have sufficient age to purchase the respective nicotine product. TEREA, DELIA and any other tobacco-containing products cannot be purchased by anyone born on or after January 1, 2009. Legal age for the purchase of all other nicotine-containing products, or electronic devices is 18 years of age;
be an IQOS, VEEV or ZYN registered user; and
be based and have a registered home and delivery address on mainland Britain.
Only individuals may have active subscriptions. Companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations and other legal entities are not eligible.
If at any point you decide that you do not want to receive information from, or have an active subscription, you can deactivate your subscription and opt-out of communications that we send from time to time.
Subscription is limited to one per person, although one subscription may include different types of products. If you have more than one subscription account, you will not be able to obtain subscription benefits for each account or device. If we suspect that you’re attempting obtain multiple discounts or benefits through subscription, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription in accordance with section 10 of these Terms.
2. Standard Order.
When you set up your subscription, you must choose the products you want to receive (including flavour and nicotine strength, where applicable), your delivery address and how often you want them delivered. This is your “Standard Order”.
You can choose to receive your Standard Order every 2, 4 or 8 weeks.
Each Standard Order must comply with the minimum and maximum purchase volume requirements set out below.

If any product or flavour in your Standard Order is unavailable when we process your order, we may contact you to discuss available alternatives.
If you do not choose an alternative, we may deliver the available products only, or your order may be moved to your next scheduled delivery date.
We may cancel your subscription if we are unable to deliver to your registered delivery address or if we are told that you no longer live at that address. Where possible, we will contact you first and ask you to update your delivery details.
3. Payments
You can pay for your subscription by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Debit.
We will take payment when we process your order for delivery. This will usually be before dispatch and around one day before delivery.
We will send you an order confirmation for each order. The confirmation will show the products included in that order and the amount payable.
If your payment fails.
If your payment fails, we may try to take payment again once a day for up to three consecutive days. We may also contact you and ask you to update your payment details.
If all eligible payment methods linked to your account are declined, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly. Until you do so, we may pause your subscription.
If payment is still unsuccessful after our payment attempts, we may cancel the affected order or your subscription.
4. Subscription pricing
Subscription customers can purchase products at the subscription pricing announced for each of our products on our IQOS, VEEV or ZYN subscription web pages, or through direct communications, at the time each order is processed. From time to time, we may also run limited-time promotions on selected products.
For eligible TEREA, DELIA and LEVIA subscription orders, a discount based on the quantity of product included in each subscription order, will be offered:

Discounts are applied automatically where applicable.
Subscription pricing applies only to eligible products and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated.
5. ZYN and VEEV legacy pricing

If you had an active subscription on the date set above as “active subscription date” for the applicable product, you will continue to access the subscription pricing that applied to that subscription on that date, provided your subscription remains active and is not cancelled.
If you or we cancel your subscription on or after the “legacy pricing ends” date set above for the applicable product, that preferential pricing will end. Any new, resumed or reactivated subscription will be charged at the price available at the time that subscription is created, resumed or reactivated, as shown on our website.
6. Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription through your subscription account dashboard to:
(a) increase or decrease the quantity of products in your Standard Order (subject to the minimum and maximum volume quantities set out in these Terms);
(b) change the products or flavours in your Standard Order to any eligible products or flavours available in the UK;
(c) change your delivery address, provided the new address is in mainland Britain; and
(d) change your delivery frequency.
Any changes you make will update your Standard Order and will apply to future subscription orders.
“Cut-Off Date” means the last date and time by which you can make changes to your next subscription order. Your Cut-Off Date is shown in your subscription account dashboard.
If you make a change after the Cut-Off date, the change will apply from your next scheduled order.
Changes to your subscription, including changes to product type, flavour, quantity or delivery frequency, may change the price of future subscription orders.
7. Changing your delivery date
You can change your delivery date through your subscription account dashboard.
Before the Cut-Off Date, you may bring your next delivery forward by up to one week or delay it by up to one week.
You may also select a new delivery date range for future subscription orders.
If you change your delivery date after the Cut-Off Date, the change will apply from your next scheduled delivery.
8. Skipping a subscription order
8.1. How to skip an order
You can skip your next subscription order at any time before the Cut-Off Date.
To do this, log in to your account, go to “My Subscriptions” and select “Skip next delivery”.
8.2. Consecutive skips
You may skip up to six consecutive subscription orders. If you skip six orders in a row, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
8.3. Late skip requests
If you request a skip after the Cut-Off Date, the skip will apply to your next scheduled delivery.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
(a) keep your subscription account and password secure;
(b) ensure that the information in your subscription account is accurate and up to date;
(c) update your delivery address and payment details promptly if they change;
(d) notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
(e) be responsible for purchases and changes made through your account;
(f) comply with applicable law; and
(g) comply with these Terms.
10. Cancelling your subscription
10.1. How you can cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription account or by contacting our Customer Care team.
If you cancel after the Cut-Off Date for your next subscription order, that order may still be processed, charged and delivered. Your cancellation will then apply after that order has been completed.
10.2. When we may cancel your subscription
We can immediately suspend or terminate your subscription, or withdraw any associated benefits, and with no liability to us, if:
(i) we reasonably suspect that you are in breach of these Terms, acting unlawfully, attempting to fraudulently obtain discounts or benefits, or otherwise misusing your subscription;
(ii) any other cancellation circumstances described in these Terms occurs, including where payment cannot be collected, you skip six consecutive orders, or we are unable to deliver to your registered address; or
(iii) there is a change in law, regulation or commercial policy.
Sometimes we might change these Terms, the discounts, eligibility criteria, or benefits, for legal, business or policy reasons. If we do, we’ll update them on our website. These changes will apply to future orders only. By continuing to use your subscription after publication of such changes, you agree to the new rules.
If these changes negatively impact subscribers, we will make all reasonable effort for this notice to be given 30 days before the date the change takes effect. Where we can, we’ll try to give you more than 30 days’ notice via email.
10.3 Effect of cancellation
Once your subscription is cancelled for any reason:
(a) no further subscription orders will be placed;
(b) no further subscription payments will be taken; and
(c) any subscription-specific pricing or benefits linked to that subscription will end, unless we tell you otherwise.
Cancelling or pausing your subscription will not affect your IQOS Club membership or ZYN rewards.
11. Data Privacy
We use all relevant information you provide us, or that we collect from you, to help us administer and manage your subscription.
By joining subscription, you agree that you’ve requested to receive information and updates by email, phone, text or physical mail about offers, news and information about our services, nicotine containing products, heated tobacco products and the IQOS heating device until you choose to cancel your subscription or change your communication preferences.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your contact information is kept up to date as we will use this information to also provide you with important information about benefits or services that you might be entitled to as a subscriber. We will not be responsible to you for any loss that you might suffer if you do not provide us with accurate information.

12. Limitation of liability
We accept no responsibility for any failure to use or manage your subscription due to technical faults, technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, satellite, network or server failures of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to this, Philip Morris will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into these Terms, or for losses that do not arise directly from your subscription.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
13. No waiver
If we do not enforce any part of these Terms immediately, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce them later.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and the jurisdiction of the English courts.

These products are not risk-free and contain or provide nicotine, which is addictive. Only for use by adults.
