A two day delivery service is provided to the following areas, excluding weekends.

All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Returns information
• You may return unopened items sold and fulfilled by IQOS.co.uk within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• All returns are inspected upon receipt, and appropriate refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

How to return
In store
Take your item to an official UK IQOS store with your order confirmation or invoice and the card used to make the purchase.

By post
Contact IQOS Care to arrange your return. Complete the return sections of your delivery note and include it in your parcel, attaching the pre-paid Royal Mail Returns postage label provided. Please obtain a receipt as proof of postage.

Collect+
Contact IQOS Care to arrange your return. Complete the returns section of the delivery note and include it in your parcel, attaching the pre-paid Collect+ Returns postage label provided. You can find your nearest drop point by visiting the Collect+ website.

The warranty of the IQOS device is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. The purchase receipt is the warranty certificate. In order for us to assist you, we recommend that you register your device online. As well as your 12-month warranty, register your IQOS device online to benefit an additional year of warranty as part of your benefits. DELIA heated tobacco sticks are specially designed heated tobacco sticks intended for use with IQOS ILUMA heated devices. Do not ingest or disassemble DELIA sticks. This product contains a sharp metal part which can cause serious injury if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children. More information on our Important Information page.

Unlike cigarettes, DELIA heated tobacco sticks are heated rather than burned. This means there is no combustion, no ash, and significantly less lingering smell compared to traditional smoking.

DELIA heated tobacco sticks have been designed to be used only with the IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA i range of devices. Do not use IQOS ILUMA and SMARTCORE™ STICKS with previous IQOS generations, as this may cause damage to your device.

To use DELIA heated tobacco sticks with your IQOS ILUMA or IQOS ILUMA i device, follow these steps:
1. Insert the DELIA stick: Gently insert the DELIA tobacco stick into the designated chamber of your IQOS ILUMA device. Ensure it is properly aligned and fully inserted.
2. Activate the device: Press the button on your IQOS ILUMA or IQOS ILUMA i device to turn it on. The device will start heating the DELIA tobacco stick using the SMARTCORE™ technology.
3. Wait for heating: Allow the device a few moments to heat the DELIA tobacco stick. The device will indicate when it is ready to use, usually through a light or vibration.
4. Ready to use: Once the device signals that it is ready, you can start puffing.
5. Finish and dispose: When the experience has ended, the device will automatically turn off. Remove the used DELIA tobacco stick and dispose of it according to local regulations in place.

Note: For an optimal experience, make sure your device's firmware is updated to the latest version.

DELIA heated tobacco sticks are designed to provide a consistent and taste satisfying experience. Each DELIA stick with IQOS LUMA or IQOS ILUMA i lasts for 14 puffs or up to 6 minutes (whichever comes first), This duration can vary depending on individual usage patterns.
