October PRIZE DRAW TERMS –  

1. This prize draw is only open to existing IQOS users that are aged 18 years or over living on mainland Britain and have purchased an IQOS ILUMA device. 
2. The opening date for entries is between 10 October 2023 and 23:59 on 31 October 2023. Referral entries received after 23:59 on 31 October 2023 will not be valid. Employees, suppliers, contractors and agents of the Organiser are excluded from entry. 
3. Enter by following the instructions we provide to you in our email inviting you to participate in the ‘Prize Draw’ all instructions provided in the email will also form part of these terms and conditions.  
4. Refer two adult smoker friends by the Closing Date and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.  The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.  
5. 100 winners will be selected at random by computer process. 
6. Prize:
   a) 100 winners will receive one IQOS ILUMA Prime device in the colour of their choice.  
7. Winners will be selected on 3 November 2023 and contacted by email.  Winners must claim their prize by responding via email by 8 December 2023. If a winner does not respond via email, then they will forfeit the right to choose their preferred device colour.  
8. The prizes will be sent by courier to winners on the week commencing 11 December 2023.  
9. Prizes are non-transferrable; winners may be required to produce photographic ID before award of the prize and winners must produce photographic ID as part of the age verification process when registering their device. 
10. Please note, prizes cannot be exchanged, is non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative. 
11. The Organiser reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. 
12. The Organiser must make available information indicating a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Organiser will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who calls our customer service number on 0800 432 0000  or writes to our registered address by 30 December 2023. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being made available, please let us know using the contact information provided. In such circumstances, the Organiser must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.  
13. The decision of the Organiser regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
14. The Organiser will only process your personal information as set out in our privacy policy, which can be found here. We will share your information with trusted third-parties for the sole purpose of fulfilling your prize. 
15. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute shall be determined by the courts of England and Wales.
