Why create an IQOS profile?
With an account, you can manage everything on the go.

To create your IQOS account:

  1. Click the button or profile icon.
  2. Enter your details, including your name, email and password.
  3. Complete the age verification process.
  4. Check your email for a verification link or code.
  5. Follow any additional prompts to finalise your accont.

Once your account is created, you can also use the same login details for the IQOS Android app on your phone.

Age verification process during sign-up

While signing up, you'll need to provide a valid form of government-issued ID, such as driving license or passport. Your ID information is securely shared with a third-party database provider, which verifies your age against government records.

Why register your IQOS device?

Linking your IQOS to your online profile lets you manage your device effectively, access services, and get personalised support.

To register your IQOS device:

  1. Sign up or log in to your IQOS account.
  2. Navigate to ‘My devices’.
  3. Click on ‘Add device’ and enter the serial number.
  4. Upload Proof of Purchase to verify your device warranty
  5. Click ‘Submit’.

Important information to ensure proper device registration

Any IQOS products purchased on IQOS.com are already registered.

If you have already registered your IQOS, find its serial number on the ‘My Devices’ page of your IQOS profile. Or you may find your device number at the bottom of your device’s original packaging. 

You can register more IQOS devices by accessing your IQOS profile. Go to the ‘My devices’ page, click on ‘Add device’, and follow the instructions. 

Before registering a second-hand device, ask the previous owner to unpair it from their account.

Your data, your decision.

You have the right to log in and delete or edit most personal information. Rest assured, your details are confidential and protected.

Want to erase your IQOS profile? Here's what you need to know:

You have the right to request us to delete your information, as we respect that you might no longer be willing to continue a consumer relationship with us. In this case, we shall review whether we have any pending activities, such as open orders, device warranties etc., that we will need to close prior to deleting your consumer profile.​

Please keep in mind that:​

  • After deleting your consumer profile, you won’t be able to log-in to your account anymore.​
  • Within the next 3 days from requesting us to delete your data, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming the status of your request.​

To correct data on your IQOS profile:

  1. Log in to IQOS.
  2. Navigate to ‘My details’.
  3. Edit your personal details, such as your name, address, and contact information.
  4. If you wish, you can also manage communication preferences (opt in/out of marketing emails, etc.)
  5. Save changes.

You need an account to buy on IQOS.com. This includes age verification to confirm you're over 18. Buying in store? You won't need an account, but you'll still need to show you're of legal age.

We respect the privacy of our adult consumers. Therefore, IQOS’ use of personal information is taken very seriously. We use information about you only in accordance with applicable data protection laws.  ​

  • Information necessary to fulfil your orders.
  • Information necessary to provide warranty services.
  • Information you provide us in forms or surveys.
  • Information you provide us in calls or communication you make to our Customer Care Team.

  • You may provide us with information directly (e.g. if you register to receive information from us).
  • We may collect information automatically (e.g. when you use a PMI app or website, subject to your Cookie Acceptance).

We will hold information about you until it has fulfilled the purpose it was collected for in the first place. After that, we will delete it. The timeframe for this will vary depending on the purposes for which the information was collected. ​

In some circumstances, you have the right to request us to delete all of your personal data we have stored. Please note, we are sometimes legally obliged to retain information - for example, for tax and accounting purposes.​

Purchasing tobacco in the UK requires you to be over the age of 18. As you are attempting to purchase tobacco online, we must verify that you are over the age of 18 before we can process your order. There are many reasons why you might fail but the most common reasons are if you have just moved to a new house, are not registered to vote, do not have a UK bank account or have changed your name.

After an order placement, your order (along with the order number) will be added to the “My Orders” section of your account.  You will also receive an order confirmation email which contains your order number inside.
