VEEV’s philosophy is built on flavour, experience and product quality. 

​​Our VEEV products are recyclable and should not be disposed together with household waste, as they can be recycled.​​

Waste reduction and responsible consumption matters to us. That's why we encourage you to return your used VEEV NOW devices and VEEV ONE pods through our recycling programme. That way, we can ensure your used VEEV products are disposed of in a responsible manner.​​

Get your free returns label
Package your used VEEV products*
Drop at your local post office 

Register your return in the Royal Mail portal. You will receive an email with your postage label. If you are sending us 4 or more devices, please also attach a UN label* to your parcel.

*Print at home or request at a Post Office, free of charge.

Use a suitable sealed bag. We encourage you to include a minimum of 4 used VEEV NOW devices or 10 VEEV ONE pods in your parcel to ensure we are reducing our environmental footprint. 

*Up to 40 used VEEV NOW devices per returns label.
