Contact the Customer Care Team by calling 0800 043 387 or by visiting your nearest IQOS kiosk.

To change your password, you first need to login on the IQOS website and visit the account page.
Select the edit icon in the “Password” section. After confirming your current password, you can set a new one. If you have never set a password in the past, you will be asked to set a new one.

Forgot your password? Visit the IQOS login page, select forgot password and enter the email address. Ensure this is the email address you registered an IQOS account with. A password reset email will be sent to you with the next steps.

You can update your address at any time on your IQOS.com account.

Once logged in, navigate to "My Details" and update "My Addresses" to change your address.

Please proceed as follows:

  • Visit IQOS.com and log in to your account.
  • In your account, open "My Details" and select “Delete account”.
  • In the “Delete account” section, confirm account deletion with a click of a button.

To remove your details from IQOS, please contact the IQOS Customer Care Team on 0800 043 387.

Please note: Your account will be immediately deleted and will no longer be available to you.

To stop receiving IQOS Friends communication, simply go to your IQOS.com profile and unsubscribe.
