In the device borrowing program, you can borrow IQOS ILUMA One, IQOS ILUMA, and BONDS by IQOS devices. Meanwhile, IQOS ILUMA Prime, IQOS ILUMA i, IQOS ILUMA i Prime devices are not included in this program.
In addition, you will not be charged a rental fee during the 14-day device borrowing period. Your device will be delivered and picked up without shipping costs by IQOS Expert. You can also buy TEREA and BLENDS A tobacco sticks that suit your preferences when the device is delivered by IQOS Expert.
- IQOS Expert Guidance and Assistance Service
IQOS Expert will explain and provide information on how to use the IQOS or BONDS by IQOS device in full. After the 14-day period is over, IQOS Expert will confirm whether you have decided to purchase the IQOS device and your device will be delivered free of charge.
