Terms and Use of Telegram

1. Overview of IQOS Bot on Telegram

1.1 Telegram is one of the communication channels chosen by IQOS to engage adult consumers of IQOS and Bonds by IQOS in a more interactive way. This channel uses a bot format, allowing users to:(i) Receive the latest updates about IQOS products and services.(ii) Access special offers and participate in various exciting activities available on Telegram.(iii) Communicate with us directly through 'Chat with us' on one convenient platform.

1.2 The IQOS Bot on Telegram is accessible only to adult consumers of IQOS and Bonds by IQOS who are officially registered with IQOS.

2. Terms of Use

2.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to and govern access to the IQOS Bot on Telegram. You are encouraged to read these Terms carefully as they affect your rights and govern your relationship with us.

2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be able to access the IQOS Bot on Telegram.

2.3 By using the IQOS Bot on Telegram, you agree to the following:(i) You are an adult consumer of IQOS and Bonds by IQOS who is officially registered with IQOS.(ii) You agree to the applicable communication preferences. By doing so, you will gain access to the IQOS Bot on Telegram and receive broadcast messages sent to you.(iii) You are required to provide and confirm your phone number for verification to ensure it is registered in the IQOS system.(iv) You are encouraged to read the applicable Privacy Policy before accessing the IQOS Bot on Telegram.

2.4 Adult smokers or adult consumers of IQOS and Bonds by IQOS who are not yet registered will not be able to proceed with the bot interaction until the registration process is completed.

2.5 Verified consumers under the age of 21 are not eligible to access the IQOS Bot on Telegram.

2.6 Your acceptance of these Terms is deemed to occur in the country of residence registered in our IQOS database.

2.7 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and the usage mechanism of the IQOS Bot on Telegram with prior notice. If you do not agree to the changes, you may discontinue access to communications by navigating to the “Find IQOS” menu, selecting “Settings”, then “Preference Settings”.

2.8 You may not modify these Terms unless we explicitly agree to such changes in writing.

3. Participating in Engagements

3.1 Engagements will be available according to the ongoing campaign period.

3.2 LAU can access engagements by clicking the “What's New?” button and selecting “Engagement”.

3.3 Engagements are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove engagements at our sole discretion.

3.4 LAU is responsible for completing the required engagements accurately and within the specified eligibility period in order to receive the available exclusive rewards. Actions completed outside the eligibility period will not count toward qualification.

3.5 If you qualify for an exclusive reward from an ongoing engagement, ensure that the reward is not transferred or handed over to individuals under the age of 21.

3.6 The risk associated with using the reward becomes your full responsibility immediately upon its use.

3.7 General Terms

  • By participating in this engagement, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
  • Activities conducted outside the program period will not be counted.
  • IQOS Telegram reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the program period at any time without prior notice.

3.8 Participant Eligibility

  • This program is valid only for participants aged 21 years and above who are registered IQOS members.
  • The “Invite Your Friend” mission may only be carried out to invite friends who are adult smokers and registered as IQOS members.
  • Each participant may join the program using one (1) valid account only.

3.9 Participation Mechanism

  • Participants are required to follow all program mechanisms in accordance with the instructions provided by IQOS Telegram.
  • Codes Keypass or access received through welcome messages are personal and may only be used by the respective participant and must not be shared with any other party.
  • Participants who did not join the engagement from the beginning may still participate based on the ongoing 2‑month period.
  • Participants who fail to complete a mission within a 2‑month period will be considered as having not participated in that mission. Participation in subsequent missions is still allowed in the next period.
  • IQOS reserves the right to disqualify participants if there is any indication of misuse, data manipulation, or fraudulent activity.

3.10 Reward Distribution Mechanism

  • Participants who complete missions in Telegram engagement are eligible to receive rewards in accordance with the applicable terms.
  • Participants who complete the first two missions in each period shall be entitled to receive an opening mission reward, consisting of an e-voucher worth 25K.
  • Participants who successfully complete all engagements in each period may be eligible to receive an additional e-voucher.
  • At the end of each 2‑month period, participants will be classified based on their ranking on the leaderboard to receive e‑vouchers in accordance with the applicable terms.
  • Rewards will be distributed in stages based on:

I. Completing the opening mission will reward you with a 25K e-voucher.

II. The leaderboard rankings are divided into 4 tiers:

a) Tier 1: Ranks 1–10 will receive an e-voucher worth 300K.

b) Tier 2: Ranks 11–60 will receive an e-voucher worth 150K.

c) Tier 3: Ranks 61–160 will receive an e-voucher worth 100K.

d) Tier 4: Ranks 161–2,500 will receive an e-voucher worth 50K.

  • Reward Distribution Terms:

I. Participants who have completed the opening mission will receive the opening mission reward from IQOS on the 5th of the following month.

II. At the end of the period, participants who have completed the engagement will receive rewards according to their tier. Rewards will be distributed on the 5th day of the following month or after the program period ends.

3.11 Reward Terms

  • Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Certain rewards may have restrictions and/or expiration dates, and We reserves the right to limit rewards quantities, substitute rewards, or modify rewards offerings at any time without prior notice at the discretion of Us.
  • We may establish additional rules regarding the redemption of rewards, time-limitations, and special conditions for rewards selection.

4. Policy

You agree to:(a) Not misuse any available content.(b) Please refrain from sharing or distributing any communication conducted via the 'Chat with us' feature to maintain privacy and confidentiality. (c) Please treat our customer service representatives with courtesy and respect.(d) Comply with applicable laws.(e) Adhere to all terms and conditions stated herein.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

5.1 Personal data collected through the bot (including phone number, preferences, and interactions) will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2 We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of user data and will not share any information with third parties without consent.

5.3 Conversations through the 'Chat with us' feature may be recorded to support service enhancement and quality assurance.
