Terms & Conditions for Limited Offers & Loyalty Benefits per Status Level

1. General Terms & Conditions

• One offer cannot be combined with any other offers
• Offers not valid for HEETS & TEREA purchase.

• Limited offer cannot be cashed in or be transferred.

2. Device Special Offers

2.1. First Device Offer

3. Refer a Colleague

• Your referred colleagues are adult smokers or users of other nicotine-containing products (18+).

3.1. Reward for The Referral​

This limited offer is valid start from 14 February 2024 and can be stopped at anytime without prior notice.

3.2. Reward for the Referrer

• You will receive up to 10 vouchers with value IDR 100K for each referrals during the valid program duration, which you can use to purchase any device or accessories, except HEETS in www.iqos.com.
• You will receive:
  • First referral: from 1000+ status points​
  • 2nd up to 50th referral: 500+ status points

4. Special Offer Program Conditions – Refer Colleagues to get IQOS ILUMA Prime Stardrift :

4.1. Program Requirements

• The program start from February 14th 2024 and end on March 14th 2024.
• All IQOS Club Indonesia members who have a unique reference code eligible to join the program with referring 3 (three) referrals to join IQOS Club Indonesia during the program period.
• Employees of the PT. HM Sampoerna and third parties taking part in the organization of the Program or providing PT. HM Sampoerna with services relating to the distribution of IQOS products on the Indonesian market are prohibited from taking part in the Program.
• The referrals who are eligible to be included in the program are those who have successfully registered IQOS Club Indonesia and registered their devices at www.iqos.com since February 14th until March 14th 2024, and have never joined IQOS Club Indonesia.
• The referrals who join using a telephone number and/or email that has previously been registered with IQOS Club Indonesia, are not counted as eligible referrals to be included in the program.
• Referral recipients are not allowed to unlink devices on IQOS.com since February 14th until March 14th 2024.

4.2. Reward

• Rewards are intended exclusively for the first 1000 members of IQOS Club who have successfully referred the most referrals during the program period.
• Rewards are non-transferrable to another person. 
• The reward is 1 (one) IQOS ILUMA Prime Stardrift device which will be sent to the address of the chosen IQOS Club member.
• The selected IQOS Club members will be notified via official email from IQOS Indonesia to the email address registered at IQOS.com by April 1, 2024, and required to confirm the name and address details by April 15, 2024.
• Rewards will be sent to the selected member’s IQOS Club address no later than May 15th, 2024.
• The selected IQOS Club members who do not confirm via email will be contacted by the customer care IQOS Indonesia team.
• IQOS has the right to cancel the reward to the selected IQOS Club member who do not confirm the email and cannot be contacted by the IQOS Indonesia CSC team.
• IQOS has the right to stop the program at any time without prior notice.

4.3. Miscellaneous Conditions

• By taking part in the Program, the referrers consent to the rules and conditions of the program.
• IQOS Indonesia will not provide any compensation with any reasons if there are IQOS Club members who unable to claim the rewards because they do not fulfill the terms and conditions.
• IQOS is not responsible if the reward is not received by the referrer due to incorrect personal data information and/or delivery address.
• IQOS reserves the right to amend the Rules and Conditions of the Program at any time during the term of the Program, including the duration of the Program. Every participants must read the Rules and Conditions in their entirety. The Terms and Conditions are fully binding by taking part in the Program.

5. IQOS CLUB Loyalty Special Offer

• IQOS Club Loyalty is a no-charge consumer program. As an IQOS Club Indonesia member, you can participate and collect points to get various benefits.
• You will receive the benefit via email a maximum of 2 days after Unlock loyalty.
• Offer must be use within their validity period that may varied for each of benefit offers.

5.1. Double Loyalty Points

• Double Loyalty Points program is valid start from 2 April until 27 May 2024
• Double Loyalty Points are only for MGM Program
• You will receive double the points from the stated on 3.2. above during the program period.

5.2. 30 Days Challenge

• You will receive +50 status points for each mission.
• You will receive free delivery that can be used in Website, Expert, or CSC after you have achieved 125 status points from 30 Days Challenge.
• You will receive special privilege IDR 100K off for devices for IQOS that can be used in Website, Kiosk, Booth, Expert, or CSC after you have achieved 300 status points from 30 Days Challenge.
• You will receive special privilege IDR 150K off for devices for IQOS that can be used in Website, Kiosk, Booth, Expert, or CSC after you have achieved 450 status points from 30 Days Challenge.
• All special privilege offers will expire on 31 December 2023.

5.3. IQOS Club Space 

• Privileges apply to IQOS Club Member who have unlocked loyalty and can show their loyalty page on IQOS.com to merchant’s staff
• IQOS Club Member need to fill out a form and give information about their loyalty status and email address that has been registered on IQOS.com. 
• Form can be accessed via QR code provided at each merchant. 
• Privileges will be given according to loyalty level status and can be different at each merchant shown on this page https://www.iqos.com/id/en/loyalty-privilege-partner.html 
• Privileges cannot be cashed out or transferred to other parties 
• Privileges cannot be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco products 
• Outlets will be added on a regular basis on the website
• The program can be stopped at anytime without prior notice.

5.4. IQOS Accessories

• Points can only be earned if you purchase IQOS accessories from the website IQOS.com.

6. Terms & Condition Loyalty Benefits per Status Level

6.1. Silver benefits

• Your birthday offers:
  • Valid only during your birthday month.
  • You will receive +25 status points and birthday offer in the amount of IDR 75K and free delivery.
  • Offer can be used to purchase 1 IQOS device non limited edition or 1 product of IQOS accessories in www.iqos.com.
• Free delivery:
  • 5-time Free Delivery for any purchase in www.iqos.com.
  • Valid until 31 December 2024.
• Exclusive offer on IQOS accessories:
  • You will receive 1 offer in the amount of IDR 75K valid for 1 product of IQOS accessories in www.iqos.com.
  • Valid until 31 December 2024.

6.2. Gold benefits

• Exclusive offer on device upgrade:
  • You will receive 1 offer in the amount of IDR 100K and free delivery valid for 1 IQOS device non limited edition in www.iqos.com.
  • Valid until 31 December 2024.
• Exclusive offer on IQOS accessories:
  • You will receive 1 offer in the amount of IDR 100K valid for 1 product of IQOS accessories in www.iqos.com.
  • Valid until 31 December 2024.
• Your birthday offers:
  • Valid only during your birthday month.
  • You will receive +25 status point and birthday offer in the amount of IDR 100K and free delivery.

• Free delivery:
  • 10 times Free Delivery for any purchase in www.iqos.com

6.4. Validity Period of Status and Loyalty Points

• Status points are accumulated during the status period, which runs from January 1 to December 31 of each year. 
• Your membership at IQOS Club Loyalty will be extended until the end of the following year, especially during the first year.
• When your status period expires at the end of the second year after joining (on December 31), it will be restarted (on January 1) with zero points (0)
