  1. Visit this page to fill in your personal information and select the device you wish to borrow.
  2. ILUMA, ILUMA ONE, and BONDS by IQOS devices are available for borrowing.
  3. An IQOS staff member will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the delivery schedule.
  4. After delivery, the staff member will explain the complete instructions for using the IQOS device.
  5. An IQOS staff member will contact you again to confirm the pickup schedule near the end of the device loan period. You will not be charged for shipping fee.

2. How to Borrow IQOS Device on Selected IQOS Store?

  1. Find and visit a store offering the IQOS Device Loan Program. Check the location of selected IQOS stores on this page .
  2. Select the device you wish to borrow. The type of device depends on the store's stock availability.
  3. To return the device, you can bring it back to the store where you borrowed it, or an IQOS staff member will contact you to process the return process.

3. How to Borrow an IQOS Device from Borrow on the Spot Program?

Adult smokers can visit a nearby cafe or restaurant partnering with IQOS to borrow an ILUMA ONE, ILUMA, or BONDS by IQOS device. The following cafes and restaurants offer Borrow on-the Spot services:
