What are IQOS ILUMA i warranty terms?
The duration of IQOS warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase of IQOS ILUMA i device (Pocket Charger and Holder) in your country.
IQOS warranty covers repair or replacement of IQOS ILUMA Holder and/or Pocket Charger if they show defect in material or workmanship, and when they are used to the User Guide.
If you register your IQOS ILUMA i device within 30 days from purchase, you’ll receive one extra year of warranty for any type of IQOS ILUMA i device as a benefit.
For registered IQOS ILUMA i PRIME devices, on top of the additional year of IQOS Warranty, you will also get 2 years of Accidental Damage protection.
IQOS warranty does not cover electronic (e.g power adaptor, charging cables, etc.) or non-electronic accessories (e.g wraps, sleeves, doors, etc.).
If a repair is not possible, we’ll provide a replacement product or component with equivalent functionality, matching colour and model (based on availability).
IQOS warranty is in addition and without prejudice to all rights and remedies you have under the consumer protection law in the country of purchase. Terms and Conditions apply.
