What temperature does my device work best at?
It is highly recommended to always keep your IQOS device within recommended the temperature range, in order to get the best experience.
This range varies from model to model:
IQOS 3 DUO/IQOS 3 MULTI: approximately between 0° to 50°C
IQOS 2.4+: approximately between 10° to 40°C
IQOS ILUMA & IQOS ORIGINALS: approximately between 0° to 40°C
When IQOS devices are outside of the operating temperature, some status lights might blink.
How to store my IQOS device?
All your IQOS devices need to be stored in an environment that’s not too dry or too humid. For that purpose, it is important to keep your IQOS away from liquids and heat sources. Make sure not to expose your IQOS devices to excessive heat or moisture.
Should I always fully charge my IQOS Pocket Charger / IQOS device?
Always try to keep your IQOS devices fully charged to never miss an experience. We recommend you to fully charge your IQOS device before the first use and when the battery has been discharged completely.
Depending on your IQOS model, your device will need to be charged after 10 or 20 uses:
IQOS ILUMA/ IQOS 3 DUO/ IQOS 2.4+ needs to be charged after 20 uses.
IQOS 3 MUTLI needs to be charged after 10 uses.
