The duration of IQOS warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase of IQOS ILUMA i™ device (Pocket Charger and Holder) in your country.

· IQOS warranty covers repair or replacement of IQOS ILUMA i™ Holder and/or Pocket Charger if they show defect in material or workmanship, and when they are used to the User Guide.

· If you register your IQOS ILUMA i device within 30 days from purchase, you'll receive one extra year of warranty for any of the IQOS ILUMA i devices as a benefit.

· For registered IQOS ILUMA i PRIME devices, on top of the additional year of IQOS warranty, you will also get 2 years of Accidental Damage Cover (Subject to Terms and Conditions).

· IQOS warranty does not cover electronic (e.g power adaptor, charging cables, etc.) or non-electronic accessories (e.g wraps, sleeves, doors, etc.).

· If a repair is not possible, we’ll provide a replacement product or component with equivalent functionality, matching colour and model (based on availability).

· IQOS warranty is in addition and without prejudice to all rights and remedies you have under the consumer protection law in the country of purchase. Terms and Conditions apply.

Products with expired warranty are excluded from the warranty service.

The IQOS ILUMA i ONE is designed to be used exclusively with SMARTCORE STICKS™. These sticks include TEREA™ and LEVIA™. It is important to note that these sticks are specifically engineered to work with the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ of the IQOS ILUMA devices, ensuring optimal performance and experience.

Using any other types of sticks with the IQOS ILUMA i ONE is not recommended and may lead to damaging your IQOS ILUMA i ONE device.

A SMARTCORE™ stick is a specially designed tobacco or tobacco-free nicotine stick used exclusively with IQOS ILUMA™ devices. These sticks include TEREA™and LEVIA™. The key feature of SMARTCORE™ sticks is the metal heating element embedded inside the stick, which is heated by the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ of IQOS ILUMA™ devices. This technology ensures a consistent and controlled heating process, providing a superior tobacco experience.

Unlike IQOS ILUMA ONE, the new IQOS ILUMA i ONE comes with the new advanced FLexPuff feature that may extend your experience with 4 extra puffs*, depending on your usage patterns, for a personalised and flexible experience.

The bladeless IQOS ILUMA i ONE uses our SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM to heat tobacco without burning it. Simply insert a SMARTCORE STICK into the device, which heats the tobacco stick at its core to provide a smoke-free experience with authentic tobacco taste, no ash, and no cleaning. IQOS ILUMA i ONE offers up to 20 consecutive uses from a full charge. Each experience lasts up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs (whichever comes first), and you may gain 4 extra puffs*, depending on your usage patterns.
