IQOS CLUB Summer Festivals 2025 Prize Draw T&Cs
1. Prize draw will be available to IQOS CLUB members, aged 18 or older, living in the UK and invited to participate in our Summer Festival campaign, who purchase a TEREA Bundle, or refer a friend, or purchase an IQOS ILUMA i device on any day of the Campaign Period.
2. You cannot participate if you are an employee, family member or agent of the organiser, or any other third party directly associated with the administration of the campaign.
3. The campaign duration is 14/05/25 – 23/05/2025 only (the “Campaign Period”).
4. On any day of the Campaign Period, if you purchase a TEREA Bundle on IQOS.com, or refer a friend, or purchase an IQOS ILUMA i device, you will be entered into the prize draw. The number of entries per customer into the prize draw is based on the number of eligible actions completed during the campaign period.
5. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. We (and any third party that we work with to fulfil rewards and prizes) also reserve the right to replace rewards and prizes with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
7. Our decisions in respect of the issue of rewards and award of any relevant prizes will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.

9. These terms and conditions and any other instructions we, or a third party assisting in the administration of the campaign or prizes provide to you, will be binding and subject to English law. Any dispute shall be determined by the courts of England and Wales.

Prize Terms and Conditions
1. Number of winners: 33
2. Prize: x2 festival tickets per winner
3. Prize terms:
a. How to enter: IQOS CLUB members only. You will be entered into the draw when you select a festival and then complete one or several of the following actions during the Campaign Period: (i) purchase a TEREA bundle on IQOS.com (ii) refer a friend (iii) buy an IQOS ILUMA i device on IQOS.com between 14/05/25 – 23/05/2025. You will get x1 entry for every TEREA bundle purchased, x5 entries for every referral, and x2 entries if you purchase an IQOS ILUMA i device. X1 entry equals one opportunity for you to win.
b. The Prize: Each winner will receive a pair of festival tickets. The festival tickets will be allocated based on the submission of your festival preference before the Campaign Period. The prize does not include travel, accommodation or expenses of any kind for you and your guest.
c. Selection of winners: 33 winners will be selected at random by a computer process by 13/06/25. Winners will be contacted by phone or email on or before 20/06/25. If a winner cannot be contacted by this date, a new winner will be selected as a substitute.
d. Constraints: (i) You will be responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the festival as set by the event’s organiser, including all health, safety and security policies. The Organiser will not be responsible for any failure by you or your guest if you fail to gain entry or re-entry to a festival due to non-compliance with the festival’s terms and conditions of attendance or admission requirements. (ii) The Organiser will not be responsible to winners or their guests for suspension or cancellation of festivals.
e. Publication of winners: We are required to make available information indicating that a valid award of the prize took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of the prize winners to anyone who contacts our customer services team or writes to our registered address by 20/07/25. If you object to any or all your surname and county being made available, please let us know via our customer services team. In such circumstances, the promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
f. Geographic restrictions: Entrants must be located on mainland Britain or the Channel Islands.
