VEEV warranty has got you covered.
We design and build VEEV vapes with care. Every reusable VEEV One device comes with a 1-year warranty*.
What's covered:
Device malfunction: We'll fix factory faults occurring during the warranty period.
Faulty components: We'll replace defective parts or materials.
Your remaining warranty will be transferred if you upgrade or gift your reusable VEEV to another adult user.
What's not covered:
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dents, etc.
Accidental damage on your part.
Theft or loss of your VEEV device.
Support for non-genuine parts.
Note:
•Replacement colour and/or model are subject to availability.
•The warranty is only valid for VEEV One. VEEV pods and VEEV NOW ULTRA vapes are excluded.

Your VEEV One device is covered with:

While we do not offer warranty on VEEV now ULTRA Devices, we offer a warranty that lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase on VEEV One Devices.
We do offer a recycling program on the other hand, for VEEV now ULTRA and VEEV One Pods.
The VEEV One warranty covers the repair or replacement of your reusable VEEV One device if it has a manufacturing defect and has been used according to its User Guide.
If your VEEV One device is found to be defective and has been used as instructed in the official User Guide, we may repair or replace it.
This warranty applies alongside your legal rights and standard terms and conditions also apply.

• Uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
• Normal wear and ageing, or any cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, liquid contact, power surges, or fire.
• Issues caused by using non‑compatible products or by attempts to open, modify, or repair the device
• Battery performance degradation as the battery is considered a consumable part.
• Devices with removed or altered serial numbers or those containing non‑genuine parts.

Every VEEV One device automatically includes a 1‑year warranty from the date of purchase once device is linked and registered to your profile.
If you want enhanced protection and extra support, you can link your device to your customer profile. This gives you additional benefits such as dedicated support and easy tracking of your registered devices.
